關於 做炸兩 ，我們在網路上蒐集到這些相關的討論、資訊與評價

即係咁... 我覺得無論「良心經濟圈」、定係「黃色經濟圈」，大家都相信一個核心價值：求真。

我唔介意有人幫龍門，畢竟曹操有個知心友，關公都有個對頭人，口味嘅野係好主觀，你覺得岩食、好食，你去馬係無問題。我比較介意嘅係，就算大家點樣幫龍門都好，都要實事求是，不能顛倒黑白，#流著汗紅著臉 #喜愛的說討厭 #討厭的說喜愛。今天看了家明的文章，原文關於「誠意」、「有進步」，我不是龍門傳心師，我不能透過他們的厚切蕃茄菠蘿包和份子蟲卵紅豆西多士料理的照片，去推斷龍門是否「有誠意」和「有進步」（當然，我比較相信marketing 的同事應該喪失求生意志了）。

但是「龍門老闆，從不因私怨抽水，亦未見過他惡言攻擊其他餐廳。」這句說話，並不真確。圖二的「假公投」很明顯是抽緊渣哥的分店事件，我諗呢樣真係無得好講，大家有時間自己碌佢個Facebook 自己睇，會發現龍門也真的沒有純良如綿羊，他們也不是第一次挑人機，就連我本人頗為支持的 Call4van 都曾經被佢嘅瓏瓏Van直接抄了。幸好的是龍門的marketing同事一直都是那麼的厭世和9做，竟然連人家的地址都抄埋，被踢爆後才不了了之。

龍門真的沒有那麼溫馴好不好？

總的來說，我唔介意你講龍門好食左、啲雞煲好正、啲文宣好靚，我講多一次，口味嘅野好個人，我大愛包容也很尊重的。但是，絕對不能文過飾非，顛倒黑白，否則，我們跟這個滿嘴謊言的政權有咩分別？

呢頭話「關係差到好唔返」，嗰頭就咁樣...

當《China Daily》話「擔心」只要依家嗰個美國總統仲係咁，將來接任嘅就算有任何善意都好，中美關系都已經爛到好難修保。

（“Even if the incoming administration has any intention of easing the tensions that have been sown, and continue being sown, some damage is simply beyond repair, as the sitting U.S. president intends.”）

但係同一時候，《China Daily》同《Global Times》嗰兩位就咁樣同美國參議員Marsha Blackburn同Marco Rubio大戰...言語之狠毒，火藥味重到呢...

首先發炮嘅係共和黨嘅Marsha Blackburn：
“China has a 5,000 year history of cheating and stealing. Some things will never change…”
（幾千年你偷呃拐騙，有啲嘢係永遠唔會變嘅...）

咁《China Daily》嘅陳生就...”BXXXX”

Marsha Blackburn就咁回應：
（你啲咁嘅 呢啲咁嘅傀儡諗住稱霸世界？由天安門到維吾爾族淨係識殺自己人， 唔使旨意美國唔會向呢啲性別主義流氓叩頭）
“Chen, you’re a puppet in Xi Jinping’s delusional China dream for global domination. From Tiananmen Square to Uyghur genocide, Communist China is an expert at slaughtering populations. America will not bow down to sexist communist thugs.”

講到咁，陳生緊係繼續：
“This is the most racist and ignorant US Senator I have seen. A lifetime bxxxx.”
「 呢個都算係我見過最無知同埋歧視嘅美國參議員，直情係Lifetime bxxxx」

之後《Global Times》胡總出場再加多腳，
“When the Chinese were forming civilization, fighting against cheating and stealing, the ancestors of the Americans had not completely got rid of the nature of monkeys. The US is modernized today, but the pity is why this senator’s cognitive level is still as low as a monkey’s.”
「 當中國人發展文明 對抗偷呃拐騙嘅時候， 美國人都仲未完全脫離離馬騮嘅天性， 今日嘅美國當然係現代化，但係可惜呢呢個參議院嘅認知水平仲係同馬騮差唔多囉。」

可能見到兩個男人對一名女士，另一個共和黨參議員路過Marco Rubio見到之後，就向網民介紹陳生係《China Daily》歐洲版主編（喇，都唔算太大力做「炸兩」嘅），點知陳生再保多下回Marco Rubio。
“Hi, Marco, this is an understatement. She is much worse than that.”
（Marco你好呀，咁樣講已經好留手㗎喇，其實呢個女人仲衰過呀。）

咁嘅關系，接任嗰個係咪要（最好帶埋啲議員）雙膝跪地叩頭叩到出血為止？

關於尋日外交部趙生個Tweet，搞到澳洲總理著晒火，今日輪到美國駐澳洲領事Arthur B. Culvahouse出聲喇，不過佢就無火氣嘅，只係玩篤盲腸。

"As we know from leaked reports published this week, the PRC government has yet to come clean on the origins of the COVID-19 virus, which is daily killing thousands of people worldwide. Yet its Foreign Affairs spokesperson thinks it appropriate diplomacy to spread disinformation through fabricated images and disingenuous statements. "
（呢個禮拜睇見嗰份洩漏嘅文件（關於湖北武漢上年年尾到今年年初隱瞞疫情），對於殺死全世界無數人嘅病毒來源，中國都好似水洗都未清喎。依家就外交部反而覺得自己用改圖發放假訊息係無問題？）

材料 Ingredients

200克水磨粘米粉 200g Rice flour
20克生粉 20g Potato starch
2茶匙米糠油 2 tsp rice bran oil
三棵蔥切幼細粒 3 bunches spring onions (dice finely)
¼茶匙鹽 1/4 tsp salt
550毫升清水 550ml water
4條油條 4 Fried dough sticks

炸兩醬料 Complement sauces

甜豉油： Sweetened soy sauce:
4湯匙生抽 4 TBS soy sauce
三湯匙白開水 3 TBS water
一湯匙糖 1 TBS sugar
一茶匙麻油 1 tsp sesame oil


還有甜醬，辣椒漿 Other sauces: Hoi Sin sauce, Chilli sauce
芝麻醬：花生醬加芝麻醬 Sesame sauce: Peanut butter mix with sesame oil

適量炒好的白芝麻 Handful of toasted white sesame
