薑茶發汗抗寒邪
寒邪,常見於冬季的致病原因,寒邪有三大特性:一、易傷陽氣,受寒邪侵襲就會怕冷怕風;二、凝滯,寒邪會使身體內的氣血津液運行減慢,不通則痛,容易引致頭痛及頸部肌肉酸痛。三、收縮,寒邪侵襲人體會使毛孔緊閉,皮膚收縮,所以感受寒邪會令人打冷顫及起雞皮疙瘩。如果寒邪侵襲脾胃,以致脾胃運化功能失常,會出現嘔吐及腹瀉的情況,這種腹瀉狀況來得較為急速,大便較為清稀,臭味不重,伴有腹脹及腹痛。
受到寒邪侵襲,治療方法為溫中散寒,宜適量進食驅寒暖胃的食物,例如飲用薑茶、炒米水等;避免再進食屬性寒涼生冷例如魚生壽司、香蕉、梨、西瓜等,以免加重風寒症狀。風寒感冒初起可自行沖泡薑茶紓緩症狀,因為薑性溫,有發汗散寒、溫中止嘔的功效,可紓緩因風寒感冒而引起的怕冷、頭痛等症狀。症狀持續的話宜諮詢註冊中醫師治理。
生薑紅糖茶
功效:發汗解表、溫肺止咳、健脾暖胃、散寒活血。
材料:生薑4片、紅糖2茶匙、紅茶葉3克
做法:生薑去皮切片,用刀背拍打一下,與紅茶葉放入保溫瓶,加入熱開水泡10分鐘,最後加入紅糖即可。此茶可反覆沖泡至味淡。
Ginger tea to dispel cold
Cold pathogen is a common cause of illnesses in winter, and there are three major characteristics of cold pathogen. Firstly, it harms yang qi easily. You have aversion to cold and wind when invaded by cold pathogen. Secondly, it causes stagnation as qi, blood and fluid circulation can slow down when in contact with cold pathogen. Pain is usually caused by stagnation such as headache and sore neck. Thirdly, it causes shrinkage. Pores will close and skin will shrink when invaded by cold pathogen, so you will get chills and goosebumps. If the cold pathogen invades the spleen and stomach, it will result in poor fluid circulation of the spleen and stomach. Vomiting and diarrhea may occur. This diarrhea condition comes more quickly, the stool is watery, the odor is not heavy, and it is accompanied by abdominal bloating and pain.
To treat the invasion of cold pathogen, you need to warm the body and dispel cold. Appropriately consume foods that can dispel cold and warm the stomach, such as ginger tea, fried rice water and so on. Avoid eating cold/raw food such as sashimi, sushi, banana, pear, honey, watermelon to not aggravate the cold-wind symptoms. At the beginning of cold-wind flu, you can make ginger tea to relieve the symptoms. As ginger is warm in nature, it has the effect of promoting perspiration, dispelling cold, warming the body and relieving vomiting. It can relieve symptoms such as aversion to cold and headache due to cold-wind flu. If symptoms persist, you should consult a Chinese medicine practitioner.
Ginger tea with brown sugar
Effects: promotes perspiration, warms the lungs and relieves cough, strengthens the spleen and warms the stomach, dispels cold and activates blood
Ingredients: 4 slices of raw gingers, 2 tablespoon brown sugar, 3g black tea leaves
Preparation: Peel and cut raw gingers into slices. Pound them with the back of a knife. Put them with black tea leaves into thermos. Steep with hot water for 10 minutes and add brown sugar to taste. You can re-brew until its flavor weakens.

☀️夏天,不少家長也帶小朋友來,話這個星期小朋友常肚瀉,又冇食錯野,點解會咁?
在👨🏻⚕️中醫中長夏(7-8月)屬土,濕氣較重,加上暑時天氣較炎熱,暑丶濕💦、火🔥等邪氣較易影響人體健康。而脾胃亦是屬土,因此濕氣更易侵襲脾胃(消化系統),導致腸胃病在夏天時多見。症狀多見有胃口欠佳、😥胃脹、肚痛、🤮腹瀉便溏等。
另外多見的原因是小朋友👧🏻🧒🏻多吃生冷之品(如啫喱🍨、雪糕🍧、凍飲🥤⋯),寒濕之邪損傷脾胃,因而造成腹痛便溏。其實,🙅🏻♂️已經係「食錯野」啦!
加上,晚上開冷氣睡覺時,小朋友「踢被」,容易令到肚仔「凍親」💨,都會容易導致腹痛、腹瀉。
🌈平時生活注意細節,可以預防和減輕症狀
1.按時令飲用一些袪濕的湯水或茶飲
2.適當的流汗和補充水份
3.飲食節制
4.睡覺時可用毛巾包裹著腹部或著睡袋
🍵7-8月合適的食療
🥃冬瓜薏米水 (清暑袪濕)
冬瓜1斤,陳皮 3錢,蓮子肉 5錢,生熟薏米 各1兩,蜜棗 2個,水適量
🌈材料洗淨。冬瓜去瓤,連皮切塊,陳皮切細塊。連同其他材料一齊放入煲中,加入清水,大火滾10分鐘,轉小火慢煲40分鐘即成。
🍵淮山芡實粥 (健脾止瀉)
乾淮山 1兩,芡實 5錢,陳皮 3錢,生熟薏米 各5錢,米適量,水適量
🌈乾淮山、芡實先用涼水浸泡1小時,陳皮切細塊,生熟薏米、米洗淨
將所有材枓放入煲中,加入清水,大火滾20分鐘,轉小火慢煲1個半小時即可。
⭐️沒有對以上藥物過敏和感冒症狀的人士適合服用
💥💥當然腹瀉的證型不止這麼少,例如還有傷食型、肝氣犯胃、脾腎兩虛等等,建議先請教醫師以作診斷。亦可把患者的poo poo💩💩拍攝下,提供給醫師,幫助診斷。
