Decked out in a classic Hong Kong-styled eatery, Yum Cha Tea Parlour 得閒飲茶 is one of the latest additions to the bustling banking district in Georgetown. While the name of the place sounds like a place for a cup of tea, it is in fact, a restaurant that offers full menu... featuring an array of Chinese rice and noodle dishes as well as popular Chinese delights (like Xiao Long Bao, Pan Fried Buns etc). Limited choices for mains but plenty when it comes to side orders or snacks. Prices are on the higher side but the dishes offered are rather uncommon. Worth a visit for novelty sake.

餡料不錯吃，只是皮不夠薄

Le happy me savouring the big bowl of yummy 大肉面 (Da Rou Mian) - literally "big meat noodle". As you can see, I have a big slab of braised pork belly served in a bowl of soup noodle.
