「靜」不只是「沒有聲音」，而是一個心境，是一個越長大，越在喧嘩世情中容易失去的東西。
每晚躺在床上想睡覺時，閉著眼睛還是看到和聽到世界，腦海停不下來。多渴望找回心裡的平靜，進入「靜」的夢境。
「聲之靜」是一首音頻治療單曲，在同時執業音樂治療師的陳明憙把曾治療過自己失眠的音叉頻率首次錄進歌曲裡，與Cousin Fung和林若寧共同創造了一個音頻夢境，和同樣失眠的城市人分享這自然療法的舒緩。音頻治療的原理其實是讓人的身心“調音”，調到一個健康的頻率，那就是最接近大自然的頻率。
大自然一直在用她的能量擁抱著我們，我們只要站在樹下，抬起頭深呼吸，就能感受她獨有的頻率帶領我們找回與她的共鳴，回歸每個人都有的「靜」。

我要請假（開門見山法😂）相信大家可以在影片裡可以看得出來我的皮膚因為吃A酸的關係整個經歷爆痘期，而且加上擦藥的關係還會刺刺痛痛的，我知道之前我皮膚出問題的時候我也有堅持拍片但這次請假主要是身體出了些情況，其實這部片一拍完我就躺在床上起不來後來叫救護車了，因為我只要一起身就暈、吐，後來醫生說是消化不良（第一次知道消化不良這麼可怕🙀）腸胃部分在我遵從醫生指示喝了幾天椰子水跟吃粥之後是好多了，但是我的頭還是會時不時地暈，加上樓上晚上吵我心理身體都累積了不少壓力，那時候拍片拍到一半就開始暈了但是我一直告訴自己一下就結束了再撐一下，但就一直覺得好熱好悶，現在想想也是太勉強自己了！所以我需要時間把問題排解🙏

樓上真的很吵，我什麼方式都試過了後來也找了警察但還是時不時會被吵到失眠，雖然房東人很好也有在努力處理，但我跟姐夫還是決定要搬家，很喜歡現在的租屋處但我不希望能不能好好睡覺這件事情取決於樓上的小捧油😅 拍片跟剪片需要專注力，其實我在剪片的時候也會有點偏頭痛，所以想暫時抽離一個禮拜！完全不剪片不拍片，就好好找房子，打掃家裡、準備斷捨離、然後沈浸在排球少年跟BTS的世界裡吸取日月精華補充元氣😂之後要搬家我想我真的會請救兵，找專業的片師幫我後製，所以大家愛我就看影片、看業配，偶需要錢😂🙏

之後一個禮拜不拍片不剪片的話，下下禮拜應該是無法禮拜二就出片，但我會TRY MY BEST下下禮拜一定會有影片的！至於我的IG還是會營業，也會有驚喜的消息跟大家分享，所以請持續鎖定我的IG呦💜謝謝您們我愛您們！身體健康真的是最大的財富，願我們都健康幸福快樂❤️
