【賣掉小金雞！晶華酒店17億出售穩賺不賠的「達美樂」，換現金長期抗疫】

面對疫情衝擊，晶華酒店為保本業，決定以以17.04億元出售台灣「達美樂」給澳洲達美樂，預定簽約後90天完成交割。

今年是達美樂最風光的時刻，即使台灣三級警戒延長，達美樂毫不受影響，業績還飆3倍。雖然台灣達美樂今年鐵定大賺，但晶華卻必須有所取捨，做出最不得已的決定。

這周的highlight就是去吃了最近挺紅的一合鍋~我超想念台式的小火鍋!尤其是麻辣鴨血口味!沒想到一合鍋還有各種其它很台的口味!像是麻油雞、客家酸菜、沙茶火鍋等~超讓人口水直流~

週五我去Manly溜別人的小孩，可以感受到春天要來了!開始熱了!
晚上一般我都是喜歡買外食回家吃配啤酒~享受愜意的Friday night~
週六做了抹茶和金桔瑪德蓮，這次沒拍到健身的影片，之後有機會再拍~

This week the video is still casual as usual. I love the Thursday market and I sometimes buy the food there for lunch or dinner.
On Friday, I went to Manly beach and I can feel spring is coming as it was nice and warm! I am super excited to embrace spring and summer! Do you also like spring and summer?
On Saturday, I did my usual routine in the morning, baking and working out. Then I went to the city and had late lunch. I finally tried the Taiwanese style hot pot and it was so good! I tried the spicy hot soup flavour with duck blood (YUMMM) some of you might think its gross lol but I love it!!

這次去東京的行程原本沒有要去澀谷的，去澀谷完全是為了它！
自從上次吃了一次後我就難以忘懷它的味道。
影片中介紹的可能不是很詳細，這邊再做補充！
麵包本身有塗牛油去烤過，吃起來微酥、味道很香，龍蝦很大塊但冰冰的，應該是煮好後起來涼拌其他香料，不過能感覺到蝦肉是新鮮的、肉質也很扎實。
