這次不是鷹嘴豆泥，而是要來做扁豆泥! (▼ 點開看更多 Click to see more ▼)

它和鷹嘴豆泥一樣，濃郁美味，很適合搭配芹菜(西洋芹)和小黃瓜、沾著吃就很美味。
而且紅扁豆的蛋白質含量也很高，可作為主餐的配菜，也很適合當肚子餓時的點心!

我曾經有一個月、每個星期都做一次呢!

最近是台灣酪梨的產季，市場出現不少台灣產的酪梨。這陣子陸續有網友提到還是不太知道怎麼判斷酪梨的熟度，於是就再拍了這個簡短的影片，分享我這一年多來買酪梨與判斷酪梨熟度的經驗。

因為台灣酪梨品種多，某一些品種並不會轉色，因此不能全然用顏色判斷熟度。
