The magic of going to an open dance class is you have NO TIME to think, no time for fear, and no time to look at your abilities. All you can do is listen to the music, learn the steps, feel the energy around the room and just let go. I was seriously about to walk out of this class after learning the first 15 secs on that floor routine. I was like I CAN NOT physically do this STEP. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ But the steps kept coming and I just kept going. After I learned the whole routine, I found the strength I needed to complete the steps in the very beginning of the dance. I have to say this is one of the class I’m really proud of myself for completing.
