煲湯好瓜
飲湯是香港人的養生秘技之一,根據季節與體質,挑選合適的食材或藥材,煲出一鍋保健湯水,美味之餘又能強身防病。如果你是入廚新手,覺得煲湯材料配搭很複雜,又不懂藥材屬性,不妨從簡單的瓜湯開始,按個人體質選擇合適的瓜類,簡單配以粟米、紅蘿蔔即可煲出清甜湯水;想湯味更濃郁可加入肉類,或豆類如黃豆、紅腰豆,甚至果仁如腰果、合桃、栗子亦可。
偏熱人士
症狀:喉嚨痛、口瘡、暗瘡、尿少色黃、大便偏乾硬/便秘
宜選瓜類:苦瓜、節瓜、絲瓜、木瓜
濕重人士
症狀:渴睡、容易出汗,胸悶、無食慾、水腫、大便稀爛甚至黏廁所
宜選瓜類:冬瓜、老黃瓜、絲瓜、節瓜
壓力大人士
症狀:心情鬱悶、多嘆氣、肋骨脹滿、乳房脹痛、噯氣、便秘
宜選瓜類:佛手瓜、絲瓜、木瓜、哈密瓜
怕冷人士
症狀:四肢及身體冰冷、渴睡、自汗、小便量多、大便稀爛或內有未消化物

佛手瓜粟米蓮子百合湯
功效:清心安神,紓緩因為壓力大而睡不安寧、疲倦等症狀。
材料:佛手瓜2個、粟米連鬚2根、紅蘿蔔1根、蓮子40克、百合20克、蜜棗2枚
做法:
1. 所有材料洗淨,佛手瓜去皮切塊;粟米連鬚去衣切段;紅蘿蔔去皮切塊備用。
2. 鍋中加入2500毫升水,放入全部材料,武火煮至水滾,調文火煮1小時,最後下鹽調味即可。

Gourd-based soups
Hong Kong people like to drink soup to maintain our general wellbeing. To make ourselves a pot of delicious and healthy soup, we can choose the most suitable ingredients and Chinese medicines based on the season and our body constitution.
If you have neither the experience in cooking nor the confidence in making a pot of soup, try starting with a simple gourd-based soup. Choose the gourd (or melon) based on your body constitution and add in corn and carrot to sweeten the soup.
To make the soup more flavorful, you can add meat or beans such as soybean and kidney beans or nuts such as cashew, walnut, and chestnut.
🔥 Individuals with heat in the body
Symptoms: sore throat, mouth sores, acne, yellowish urine, dry and hard stools/constipation
Melon choice: bitter gourd, hairy gourd, loofah, papaya
💦 Individuals with accumulated dampness in the body
Symptoms: a person has had enough hours of sleep but still experiences fatigue, sweat easily, chest tightness, poor appetite, water retention problem, and produces loose stools that stick to the toilet bowl.
Melon choice: winter gourd, old cucumber, loofah, hairy gourd
🤯 Individuals with lots of pressure
Symptoms: feeling emotional, frequently sighing, hypochondrium distension, breast swelling, belching and constipation
Melon choice: chayote, loofah, papaya, cantaloupe
❄️ Individuals of aversion to cold
Symptoms: cold limbs and body, excessive sleepiness, excessive sweating, high volume of urine, loose stool or stool with undigested food
Melon choice: pumpkin
Chayote and corn soup with lotus seed and lily bulb
Effects: clears the heart and calms the mind, relieves symptoms such as poor sleep quality and fatigue.
Ingredients: 2 chayote, 2 ears of corn with silk, 1 carrot, 40g lotus seed, 20g lily bulb, 2 candied dates
Preparation:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Peel the chayote and slice into pieces. Remove husks from corn keeping the silk and cut into pieces. Peel the carrot and cut into pieces.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour. Add salt to taste.

今日入伏!親愛的朋友們~今日(7/11)入三伏天,一年中氣溫最高的日子來了🔥
三伏天出現在小暑與處暑之中,分為三部分:
🔸初伏:2021年7月11日-7月20日
🔸中伏:2021年7月21日-8月9日
🔸末伏:2021年8月10日-8月19日
三伏中的「伏」,指「伏邪」,有避邪之意,此處要避開的邪,指的是六邪(風、寒、暑、濕、燥、火)中的「暑邪」,所以才會說「宜伏不宜動」,
悶熱難耐,需要「避病」,
也是特別注意養生的時節~
照理來說三伏應該平均各10天,
但今年的初伏、末伏是10天,
中伏卻有20天,
這個現象是「雙中伏」,
因此大家更要注意身體~
才能健康滿滿~好運滿滿!
因為天氣熱,總是想大口吃冰,
灌冷飲~吃涼食~泡冷水~
但其實越熱,體內濕氣越重,
「春夏養陽,秋冬養陰」
要留意排濕氣寒氣,「以熱治熱」

給大家三個養生小提點:
🔸1.多喝薑茶
生薑辛溫,有散寒發汗等功效,
這是最容易的去濕保健方法~
記得多多補充水分,
也可泡一杯五行茶,補運補氣!
🔸2.熱水洗澡,溫水泡腳
當四肢乏力、全身發困、肚子漲漲沒胃口時,可透過泡澡刺激體內經絡,去除濕氣,進而提高睡眠品質~
在家裡跟辦公室,
適度調節溫度就好,
不要直接對著冷氣或電扇吹!
🔸3食療養生
可多吃健脾化濕的食物,
諸如紅豆、綠豆、薏仁、絲瓜等等~
飲食宜清淡,也可多吃苦瓜!

坊間有「凡瓜皆涼」之說,的確不少瓜類蔬菜都屬性偏涼,例如冬瓜、絲瓜、青瓜等,體質虛寒人士不宜多吃,但如果你屬於濕熱型肥胖體質,症狀包括食慾旺盛、容易疲倦、小便量少帶黃、大便黏臭、多面油、易長暗瘡、體味重等,可以適量吃瓜紓緩濕熱症狀,亦有助減肥;因濕熱型肥胖人士宜清熱袪濕,多吃有清熱利水功效的食材,配合強度大的帶氧運動,例如跑步、跳繩、球類運動等,流汗有助排走體內濕氣,減肥就事半功倍。
冬瓜 — 性涼,有清熱祛暑、利水消痰功效,尤其適合夏天食用,對水腫、腳臭、暑熱煩悶很有幫助。注意陽虛體質、脾腎虛弱及易有腹瀉者不宜。
苦瓜 — 性寒,有袪暑解熱、清心明目的功效,適合於夏日食用,可紓緩咽喉腫痛、目赤等偏熱症狀,糖尿病人同樣合適,脾胃虛寒者不宜多吃。
絲瓜 — 性涼,有清熱解毒、化痰、安胎通乳的功效,適量服用能改善因夏季而導致的口乾、咳嗽多黃痰、婦女帶下過多或味重、孕婦產後母乳不通等症狀。
青瓜 / 老黃瓜 — 老黃瓜為成熟版青瓜,兩者功效相約,同樣性涼,具清熱解毒、生津止渴及利尿消腫的功效,適合濕熱、陰虛體質、痛風、高血壓、高血脂人士食用。要注意脾胃虛寒、容易腹痛、泄瀉者不宜食用。
節瓜 — 性平,能健脾胃、袪濕,功效像一個平和版的冬瓜,能紓緩水腫、孕婦身體浮腫、肥胖等症狀。適合任何體質人士食用。

Melons can aid weight loss (for damp heat body constitution👍)
People tend to assume that all melons are cold in nature. Many melon-type vegetables such as winter melon, loofah, and cucumber are indeed cool in nature, and individuals with a weak and cold body should avoid eating them.
However, if your body belongs to the damp heat condition and has obesity problem (symptoms: large appetite, fatigue, yellowish urine, sticky stool, oily face, grows acne easily, and has body odor), eating melons can relieve the damp heat symptoms and help with weight loss.
Individuals with this body constitution should clear heat and dispel dampness from the body regularly. remove dampness from the body, you will be able to lose weight more effectively.
Winter melon - cool in nature, clears summer heat, promotes diuresis and clears phlegm. It is suitable to eat during the summer, and can relieve edema, feet odor, and irritability due to summer heat. Note that it is not suitable for those with yang deficiency body constitution and those with asthenic spleen and kidneys and those prone to diarrhea.
Bitter gourd – cold in nature. It can clear summer heat, clear the heart and improve eyesight. It is suitable for eating in the summer. It can relieve the heat-related symptoms such as sore throat and redness in eyes. It is suitable for those with diabetes. Those with asthenic spleen and stomach should not have too much.
Luffa - cold in nature, it clears heat and removes toxins, reduces phlegm, stabilizes pregnancy and aids lactation.
