我們很清楚跟他講說

已經很清楚的
他的衛生當局與一個媒體清楚講
有七個case在隔離治療中
WHO比較貼切的講就是說
"內行人說外行話"
如果說隔離治療這樣的警訊,不是警訊
那要問,甚麼情況才叫做警訊
如果不是會員國的台灣,都已經告訴WHO了
那我要問一個問題
那會員國的中國,有沒有跟IHR講
如果沒有講,那我要說
這不是隱瞞,那甚麼叫做隱瞞!!!
那如果有講呢?
那WHO,這不是失職?甚麼叫做失職!!!
所以我還是要誠懇的呼籲
WHO對這個事情要坦誠以對
積極來處理後續相關的事情
不要轉移焦點,不要一錯再錯!!

For the past couple days, WHO has been claiming that Taiwan did not clearly indicate the human-to-human transmission early on.
But if we made the statement before the facts are clear, then that is what we called "spreading the false information."
On the other hand, we had already warned the WHO with the facts available at the time - the seven quarantined cases reported by the Chinese local media.
To be frank with everyone, the WHO's response is irresponsible and very unprofessional.
If all these quarantined cases are not a warning signal, then what is a warning signal?
If a country that is not even a member of the WHO has sound the alarm, then I got to ask: Did China as a member of the WHO report these situations to the IHR?
If not, and this is clearly their con job to cover it up.
Even if they inform the WHO, then what is WHO doing all the time?
If this is not their dereliction of duty, then what is?
Lastly, I want to call out the WHO - to be honest on what they are doing, face up the facts, do something productive, and stop shifting people's focus to something irrelevant, do not repeat the mistakes.
