蘿蔔糕vs芋頭糕

令糕點更健康的小貼士:
製作時略略增加蘿蔔和芋頭的分量,減少粘米粉的比例,並以冬菇、蝦米和瑤柱取代臘味,更宜以蒸的方法取代煎,就可減低油膩感又更健康。
