東京帕運會（帕拉林匹克運動會）即將在8月24日登場，台灣此次共派出了10名選手，包含桌球廬碧春、程銘志、田曉雯與林姿妤，田徑楊川輝、劉雅婷，健力林亞璇、柔道李凱琳、羽球方振宇及游泳陳亮達。
這些選手中，有人因小兒麻痺從小不良於行，卻仍勇於嘗試挑戰自己；也有原本就是運動選手，遭遇車禍後轉換戰場不輕言放棄。有人視神經退化，仍然找到自己的清晰道路；有人半身不遂，卻想更努力證明自己的存在。

#東京奧運 游泳講評 任務達成🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
昨天晚上接到通知今晚要擔任游泳比賽的講評，心裡其實是緊張大於興奮，因為可以做功課的時間很短，根據過往擔任游泳比賽講評的經驗，每場比賽包含比賽項目、賽程、選手背景、動作分析、場邊花絮等等，資訊量其實都很龐大，也要思考如何讓專業的運動術語、知道透過我們的講解後，可以口語化，讓觀眾了解，增加觀看比賽的享受和樂趣。
所以昨晚其實是挑燈夜戰到凌晨，才把今晚的一半的資料搜集完，直到開播前都還不斷在重複核對的手上的資料。
很久沒有上主播台了，加上知道東森這次轉播奧運有非常多人在觀看，心裡其實有壓力，也會緊張，好險有厲害又專業的主播 韓佩穎主播 Natalie 互相carry，終於一起完成今晚的任務，再次謝謝主播的功力 超強。
當然過程中有些口味和卡詞的地方，還請大家多多包涵🙇🏻♂️
沒參加到奧運是我人生最大的遺憾，但能用這樣的方式可以體壇盛事，對我來說，也是另一種緣分跟慰藉吧🙂
