春回大地,春雨綿綿。雨水是廿四氣節中的第二個節氣,顧名思義就是指在這節氣期間雨水較多,氣候較潮濕。初春乍暖還寒,時雨時晴,時濕時乾,在這種天氣驟變的轉季時分,更要多注意保暖,慎防濕寒悄悄偷襲!不管甚麼季節大家都宜調養脾胃,雨季容易讓身體聚濕,不管甚麼體質,每天都要養成喝一杯米水的習慣,健脾袪水!飲食方面,少吃酸味的食物,如橙、士多啤梨等;另可多食理氣食物,如五指毛桃、白蘿蔔、陳皮等。

Rain Water Solar Term
Rain Water is the second solar term of the year and as its name implies, there will be more rain in this period and the climate will be humid again. It is still both cold and warm, dry and wet during early spring so be sure to keep warm during this changing season and careful not to allow dampness and cold any sneak attacks! It is important to nourish the spleen and stomach during all seasons. The body is prone to collecting dampness during rainy seasons so be sure to drink a cup of rice water daily no matter what your body type is to strengthen the spleen and dispel dampness. From a diet perspective, have less sore things like oranges and strawberries and increase your intake of ingredients that can regulate qi such as hairy fig, radish and dried citrus peel.
Gentle reminders:
- It is not officially warming up yet so be sure to bring an extra jacket
- It is sometimes sunny sometimes rainy, bring an umbrella with you.
- Keep a calm mind without being too excited or too depressed
- If you run into problems, find a friend to talk and avoid stagnation of liver qi.
- Take the stairs and sweat a bit.

春回大地,清爽空氣不再。雨水是廿四氣節中的第二個節氣,顧名思義就是指在這節氣期間雨量會增多,氣候再次回復潮濕。初春依然乍暖還寒,時雨時晴,時濕時乾,在這種天氣驟變的轉季時分,更要多注意保暖,慎防濕寒悄悄偷襲!「內傷脾胃,百病由生」,說明脾胃虛弱是生病的主要原因。踏入了雨水,更宜調養脾胃。一年之計在於春,如未開始每天喝米水的習慣,今天開始最適合不過了!先堅持連續飲用十五天,感受一下會有什麼不同!另外飲食方面要少吃煎炸油膩食品、可多食理氣食物,如五指毛桃、白蘿蔔、陳皮等。

Rain Water Solar Term
Spring is back and the cool and dry air is gone. Rain water is the second of the 24 solar terms. By the name, it means that rain volume will increase during this period and humidity will be back. During early spring, the weather is still unstable, warm and cool or dry and wet at the same time. During these changing of the seasons, it is important to keep warm and avoid getting a sneak attack from the cool dampness. Asthenic weak spleen and stomach is the source of illness. As we enter rain water solar term, it is important to nourish the spleen and stomach. The year’s plan starts in the spring, today is the best day to get into the habit of having a daily cup of rice water! Try to commit to doing it for 15 consecutive days and see if you feel any different! Also avoid eating fried and oily foods, and have ingredients that will regulate qi such as hairy fig root, radish and dried citrus peel.
Gentle reminders:
1. The weather hasn’t completely warmed up, so be sure to keep your coat on!
2. It’s sometimes sunny and sometimes rainy, be sure to have an umbrella out with you.
3. Keep a calm mind, avoid being too excited or upset.
4. If you run into any problems, find a friend to chat, avoid keeping it all in.
5. Walk some stairs to break a sweat!

牛大力粉葛粟米瘦肉湯,有助袪濕清熱同埋補氣健脾,幾樣功效都好似幾啱小小豬,所以就煲俾兩位老細飲啦!
粉葛同牛大力我都係用乾貨(即一般嘅藥材店買到嘅各材料),因為佢地經過切片晒乾或者先蒸熟再曬,所以冇咁寒涼,適合唔同體質嘅人仕,尤其更加啱小朋友飲呀!
雖然都係用左好多唔同嘅藥材,但啖湯一啲都唔苦,仲帶有少少嘅清甜味添~
