如何肥B不肥媽?
孕婦有百相,依舊纖瘦的、肥腫難分的都會有,到底是天生麗質還是與飲食有道有關?懷孕期營養吸收固然重要,但不少媽媽卻因為太緊張BB不夠營養,進食過多補品;又或是因過了孕吐期,胃口大開,誰知道吃的東西其實都只轉化為脂肪,長到自己身上!
中醫理論有說「脾土健運,胎孕可保」,在懷孕期健脾胃比進補更重要,也不需故意多吃一人份,額外進食只會為脾胃帶來負擔,也會令孕媽媽長胖。適量進食新鮮有營養,屬性平和的食材,每天飲用米水令脾胃運化正常,就可充分吸收食物中的營養,以供胎兒需要。注意不要進食過量澱粉質、糖份、鹽份和脂肪,晚餐可相對減少澱粉量,就相對不易長胖和水腫,也要謹記切勿在懷孕期間節食減肥!

材料:茯苓15克、白朮10克、扁豆衣10克、蜜棗1粒、陳皮1角
做法:所有材料洗淨,放入鍋中,加入800毫升水,武火煮滾後中火煮30分鐘即可。
