接獲廠商邀請的當下我很驚訝,懷疑自己是否在粉專提到自己發胖的事太多次了。而追蹤我粉專的各位都知道,我曾經公然批評過Youtube廣告上販賣恐懼的減肥產品、也發過幾篇文談外貌歧視及焦慮,所以在收到信件時態度是卻步的。但在跟仙桃牌專員懇談、並實際使用後,決定來跟各位分享自己喝完兩盒「俏豐婷」後的體驗:
仙桃牌在我媽媽的年代以「通乳丸」有名,注重天然漢方、無添加防腐劑及化學色素。而「俏豐婷」是針對生理女性的需求來做保養。
《口味》
雖然主打漢方,但並不苦澀。因為加入了龍眼蜜及黑棗、桑葚、檸檬濃縮汁,嘗起來有點像烏梅汁或洛神花茶,並不會覺得有怪味、苦或噁心,反而覺得有點好喝。如果愛吃甜或嫌太忙,直接撕開包裝吸就可以了,不喜太甜的族群可以加水泡開。
《體驗》
1.手腳冰冷獲得改善:夏天吹冷氣工作時,我容易手腳冰冷,但喝了約一週後,就算吹著冷氣工作,手心也不至於冰到像僵屍。
2.水腫獲得改善:我因為睡眠品質差,常常一覺醒來眼皮腫到睜不開、四肢都覺得脹脹的,站上體重計,水腫會直接讓我比昨天多一、兩公斤。但喝了約一週後,早上皮膚浮腫的狀況變得較少。
3.皮膚暗沉粗糙獲得改善:同上,我因為睡眠品質差,沒化妝時皮膚非常粗糙暗沉,但喝了約一週後,皮膚狀況有了明顯改善。
4.腸胃問題改善:認識我的人大多知道,我的腸胃非常差,減肥前是天天拉肚子、減肥後食量減少,變成便秘。但喝了約一週後,便祕有顯著改善,不是像瀉肚子,而是變得通順。
5.精神變得較好:我平常上班過了中午就昏昏沉沉,喝了約一週後,變得整天都挺有精神的。
《感想》
收到產品、喝了整整兩盒後,我非常吹毛求疵地看產品簡介及官網說明,發現了一點:「俏豐婷」的文宣中,並沒有否定任何體型或外貌、也沒有誇大其詞宣揚不實功效,而是誠實地「提供消費者一個能夠變得更好的選擇」,這讓我非常感動。如果你像我一樣困擾於這些日常問題,我認為可以嘗試看看。產品本身有SGS認證,無農藥、金屬、塑化劑,可以放心。
雖然「俏豐婷」本身價格較高,但我個人喝過後認為有其價值。當然,在購買產品前,一定要事先蒐集資料、仔細評估、需要時洽詢醫生。我寫的體驗談並無虛構,若有不實,我這輩子去外面上廁所都會沒衛生紙。

Who does not want to be well-liked? Having good interpersonal relationships with people is not just about improving our communication skills. Have you ever thought of the first impression people have on you? According to Chinese Medicine theories, the human body is generally categorized into eight different body constitutions, which would also affect a person’s personality. In other words, your health would directly affect your behaviour.
Individuals with stagnation of the qi will tend to be sensitive to their surroundings and constantly experience emotional distress. Even changes in the weather can affect their mental health. Those with blood stasis body constitution would exhibit symptoms that are more severe as compared to stagnation of the qi. Due to stagnation of the qi and blood, people with this problem tend to overthink, and they are quick-tempered.
On the other hand, people with qi deficiency body constitution are usually melancholic and emotional, whereas those who experience blood deficiency tend to be more timid and reserved. Hence, it may be quite difficult for them to make new friends.
Let’s improve our body constitution! When our body constitution returns to a balanced state, we would become more relaxed and comfortable with our surroundings, and this will also help us become individuals that others would like to be around.
Qi stagnation body constitution
Suitable: Soothe the liver and relieve stress. Appropriately consume ingredients that will disperse stagnated liver, such as white radish, fingered citron, monkeyhead mushroom, luffa.
Avoid: Spicy food

龍眼的葉、花、根、核均可入藥。
根、葉、核:微苦、性平;
龍眼肉:甘、溫。效用:根:利濕,通絡:葉:清熱解毒;
核:止血,止痛;
龍眼肉:益心脾、補氣血、安神。治虛勞嬴弱、失眠、健忘、怔忡。
烘烤過的果殼,可以化成土壤肥料,果核也可用為藥方;龍眼花開時,可放蜂、採蜜。花朵可製作出龍眼花茶。
