【水腫型肥胖】陳妍希分享的減肥秘方

海帶湯減包包面?
配合體質輕鬆減磅
台灣女星陳妍希自稱屬易胖體質,亦容易水腫,她曾經有段時間靠每晚只喝一碗海帶湯,成功減掉12磅,亦甩掉了包包面,來看看她的海帶湯是怎樣的。
材料:蘋果1個、海帶1小片、蜜棗2粒、瘦肉4兩
做法:將材料放入湯盅內燉1個半小時,加鹽調味即成,用來當晚餐食用。
從中醫角度來看,海帶性寒,有化痰軟堅、清熱利水、降血壓作用,適合水腫人士食用,有助利水消腫,但要注意海帶性寒,胃寒胃痛及孕婦不宜食用。蘋果性平,有潤肺健胃、生津止渴、幫助消化的功效。這款湯有清熱利水及暢便功效,體質偏熱人士可以一星期飲用兩至三次作為消水腫湯水,但不建議長期當作晚餐食用,配搭少許肉或魚及糙米飯,這樣營養比較均衡。以下推介加強版利水消腫海帶湯,適合虛胖型體質人士飲用。
食材小貼士:
冬瓜性涼,有清熱祛暑、利水消痰、減肥的功效,適合浮腫、肥胖、暑熱煩悶者飲用。脾腎虛弱易有腹瀉者、陽虛體質不宜。
蘋果海帶冬瓜荷葉湯
功效:祛濕消脂,紓緩肥胖、大便不暢、無胃口、身體感覺睏倦等症狀。
材料:冬瓜600克(約1斤)、蘋果2個、海帶約60克、荷葉1/2塊、赤小豆30克、黃豆30克、蜜棗2粒
做法:
1. 所有材料洗淨。海帶泡水30分鐘;冬瓜連皮切塊;蘋果連皮去芯切塊。
2. 鍋中加入約2500毫升水,全部材料、海帶連水加入鍋中,武火煮至水滾,可隨個人喜好取出海帶,調文火煮約1小時,最後下鹽調味即可。
注意:脾胃虛弱容易腹瀉者不宜多飲。

Can seaweed soup improve round puffy face?
Understand your body condition so you can lose weight easily
Taiwanese actress Michelle Chen Yanxi claimed she gets fat easily and is always troubled by water retention. She has tried drinking only a bowl of seaweed soup every night for a period, and this diet plan has successfully helped her shed 12 pounds and gotten rid of her puffy face. Let us understand a little more about this seaweed soup.
Ingredients: 1 apple, 1 small piece of seaweed, 2 candied dates, 4 catty lean pork
Preparation: Put all the ingredients into a bowl and double boil for 1 and a half hour. Season with salt and take it as dinner.
From the perspective of Chinese Medicine, seaweed is cold in nature, can clear phlegm, soften hard masses in the body, clear heat, reduce blood pressure and is a diuretic in nature. It is suitable for individuals with water retention problem, as it is diuretic in nature and can relieve swelling.
Since seaweed is cold in nature, it is not suitable for individuals with a cold stomach, those who experience regular stomach ache, as well as pregnant women. Apple, on the other hand, is mild in nature, can moisten the lungs and strengthen the stomach, induce saliva production and quench one’s thirst, and aid digestion.
Seaweed soup can clear heat, promote diuresis and bowel movements. Individuals with a heat-related body condition can consume it two to three times a week to reduce water retention. Besides having this soup for dinner, it is best to develop a more well-balanced diet by including some meat, fish or brown rice.
We recommend this improved version of the seaweed soup, which can help relieve individuals’ water retention problem.
Tip on the ingredients:
Winter melon – cool in nature, clears summer heat, promotes diuresis, clears phlegm and burns fat. Suitable for those with bloating, summer heat and irritability. Not suitable for those with asthenic spleen and kidneys, prone to diarrhea, or with yang deficiency body condition.
Apple and seaweed soup with winter melon and lotus leaf
Ingredients: 600g winter melon (about 1 catty), 2 apples, 60g seaweed, ½ fresh lotus leaf, 30g rice beans, 30g soybeans, 2 candied dates
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Soak seaweed in water for 30 minutes. Cut unpeeled winter melon into pieces. Core unpeeled apple and cut into pieces.
2. Combine all ingredients(including the seaweed and the soaking water) with 2500ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. You may choose to remove the seaweed at this stage, depending on your personal preference. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour. Add salt to taste.

奇蹟食譜減肥法
小心減磅不成易傷身
網上瘋傳GM Diet減肥方法(美國通用汽車公司General Motors為員工研發的減肥餐單),號稱不用做運動,單靠調節飲食,一星期已可達到減磅效果,所以稱為「奇蹟食譜」,究竟神奇之處在哪裡?又是否人人適合?讓我們從中醫角度來拆解!
GM Diet食譜
第1日:只吃水果,例如蘋果、橙、西瓜、奇異果,但不包括香蕉,配合8至12杯清水。
第2日:只吃蔬菜,例如沙律、青瓜、椰菜花、薯仔、番薯等,配合8至12杯清水。
第3日:只吃水果及蔬菜,但不能吃薯仔,配合8至12杯清水。
第4日:只吃香蕉和牛奶,一天可吃8至10條香蕉和4杯牛奶,配合8至12杯清水。
第5日:食用指定份量的雞/牛/魚肉及6個番茄,配合12至15杯清水。
第6日:食用指定份量的雞/牛/魚肉及蔬菜,配合8至12杯清水。
第7日:只吃糙米及蔬菜,飲用果汁幫助身體排毒。
每天飲用奇蹟湯:由椰菜、紅蘿蔔、洋蔥、番茄、青椒、檸檬、橄欖油及水等煲成。
可以看到GM Diet以蔬菜及水果作為主要食物,短期內攝取大量纖維及水份,有助促進腸胃蠕動,增加排便,而所謂「奇蹟湯」近似手術前清腸胃湯,在手術一星期前開始飲用,以作清腸胃之用。由於湯只用蔬菜煲成,如果屬於濕熱體質,適量飲用有助紓緩濕熱情況;但如果氣血虛弱或陽虛體質人士,多喝此湯會進一步耗傷氣血,出現頭暈、疲倦乏力、心悸、怕冷等症狀。此減肥食譜並不適合每天使用,並要按體質應用, 適可而止。如有疑問,記得諮詢醫生、營養師或註冊中醫師意見。

May damage your body more so than serving a weight loss purpose
The GM Diet, which General Motors designed to help its employees lose weight, has been widely circulated on the Internet. The diet claims to be able to help individuals shed some pounds in just a week without the need to exercise. This is why certain people would regard the GM Diet as a ‘wonder diet’. Is it truly that miraculous? Is it suitable for everyone? Let us examine the diet from the Chinese Medicine perspective and crack the code!
The GM Diet
Day 1: Have any fruits you like (except bananas), such as apples, oranges, watermelon, kiwi. Drink 8 to 12 glasses of water.
Day 2: Eat until you are stuffed with all fresh, raw or cooked vegetables of your choice, such as salads, cucumber, cauliflower, and sweet potato. Drink 8 to 12 cups of water.
Day 3: Eat any fruits and vegetables (except potatoes). Drink 8 to 12 glasses of water.
Day 4: Bananas and skim milk only. Maximum 8 bananas and 4 glasses of skim milk, along with 8 to 12 cups of water.
Day 5: Specified amounts of chicken/beef/fish and up to 6 tomatoes. Drink 12 to 15 glasses of water.
Day 6: Specified amounts of chicken/beef/fish and vegetables. Drink 8 to 12 glasses of water.
Day 7: Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juices and vegetables. The fruit juice helps with detoxification.
Accompanied with daily miracle soup: Made with cabbage, carrot, onion, tomato, green bell pepper, lemon and olive oil.
The GM Diet relies on vegetables and fruits, which are high in fibers. Consuming a large amount of fibers and water within a short period can help promote the bowel movement. This so-called miracle soup is similar to the soup patients would drink a week before their surgery to clear their intestines and stomach.
Individuals with the heat-dampness body condition can benefit from the soup, as it is made from vegetables. However, it is not suitable for individuals with qi and blood or with the yang deficiency, as it would hurt qi and blood, and can cause dizziness, fatigue, palpitation, as well as aversion to cold.
This weight-loss plan is not suitable for daily consumption, should only be used when you have fully understood your body condition. Remember to consult doctors, nutritionists or licensed Chinese medicine practitioners if you have any doubts.

10 TIPS TO REDUCE FOOD WASTE
1) Freeze riped fruits
Frozen fruits can be blended to make fruit smoothies, nice-cream and they can even be added into baked goods to make healthier cakes and muffins.
2) Save the Bones & Leftover Vegetables
Instead of throwing away bones or forgetting your leftover vegetables, cook them! You can use them and make a really tasteful bowl of soup without any added stocks or preservatives.
3) Turn extra veggies into vegetable soup
Another thing you can you do with the leftover vegetables is to mix them all together and make creamy vegetable soup puree. Now if you hate eating your vegetables, this is also a really great way to meet your 5-a-day.
4) Pickle Your Vegetables
Fermented vegetables make nutrients more readily available, they promote a healthy gut and contains probiotics.
5) Turn Stale Bread into Croutons
Instead of throwing them out, why not slice them into small cubes, brush with a little bit of butter, sprinkle with garlic salt and bake them to make yourself some croutons.
6) Freeze Extra Herbs in Ice Cubes
Chop them up, place into ice cube trays, add some water or oil and freeze them to make herb cubes.
7) Use Lemon Peels to Make Infused Water
Save the peels because that’s where most of the essential vitamins, minerals and enzymes are. Simple infuse into your water or tea and gain to gain the benefits.
8) Egg Shells
I like to save my eggshells and let them dry out. Then simple use a grinder and grind the shells into fine powder. Should one of my dogs get diarrhea, I’ll just sprinkle a couple teaspoons of the eggshell powder on their food and the diarrhea goes away.
9) Turn leftovers into a One-Pot Dish
Turn those little bits of leftovers into a one-pot dish by mixing everything together and take it to work for lunch!
10) Use a Spray Bottle for Your Oil
Using a spray bottle will help you to reduce on your calorie intake, as you’ll tend to use a lesser amount. This will make your food less greasy, reducing the fat intake in your diet, which can help you to lose weight.

BAD POSTURE
