為因應嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎疫情的發展,除校方發布本校各項防疫措施以茲因應外,有關教學及學生申辦業務相關因應措施,請各單位務必配合辦理:

1. 教務處辦理之暑期課程上課方式採遠距教學或線上課程,院系所學位學程自辦暑期課程若需採實體方式上課,每間教室上課人數不得超過50人,學生座位前後左右間距需達1.5公尺以上,師生應全程配戴口罩,並向教務處提出申請 (詳附件或申請表下載網址:http://www.aca.ntu.edu.tw/curri/cur_forms.asp?id=5 )。

2. 基於防疫安全,校屬五棟 (共同、普通、新生、博雅及綜合) 教學館空間暫不開放外借。

Given current epidemic slowdown, the enhanced COVID-19 Level 2 measures shall be put into effect throughout, the University is asking all academic and administrative units to comply with the following preventive measures:
1. All summer courses are required to remain remote or online-only instruction. If departments want to offer in-class courses, there shall be no more 50 people indoors and social distancing shall be maintained (e.g., 1.5 meters for indoor activities). Face masks must be worn throughout. Moreover, departments shall submit application to the Office of Academic Affairs beforehand.

2. To protect health of the people, five lecture buildings (including Gongtong, Putong, Xinsheng, Boya, Zonghe) remain closed.

長賜輪在蘇伊士運河擱淺後,綜合外電報導的省思:極限邊緣的船舶操縱,科學與安全之間給”人的反應”留下多少”餘裕空間?
航行員都知道:在有限水域中的船舶操縱與大洋中的船舶操縱有極大的差別,也因此而產生一些”異常反應”的專有名詞,譬如:淺水效應,岸吸/岸推,船體下坐(Squat),狗頭嗅地(Dog smelling),單俥右旋船在淺水區倒俥時之船頭可能向左,主要的原因都是來自船舶四周的海水,來不及湧入去填補船艉所造成之空穴.
也因為這個緣故,Suez Canal當局對過河船隻有一些船寬,吃水,速度上的限制.基於經濟上的考慮,可以想像這些限制都是在”水工模型”下最大化的尺度界線.(越大的船過河費越貴),然而這些都是理想環境下的科學論證,實際上船舶操縱者的精神狀態,駕駛台的氣氛環境,外界視線,無線電之干擾,Marlboro菸未如預期,住艙走廊上”波斯市場”的氛圍….都在影響著”駕駛台資源管理(BRM)”,而使得船舶之實際Performance遊走在”紅線”邊緣,更糟的是一但越過紅線(Point of non-return),情況就越來越糟,猶如在山脊上騎腳踏車.
這次的重大意外,在檢討”船舶因素”之外,蘇伊士運河當局也應該重新考慮”紅線邊緣的緩衝區”是否應適度放寬,以因應船舶無止境的大型化,因應極端氣候下的異常天氣,因應新世代船員之特性,另外也可考慮在駕駛台放一箱Marlboro,讓有需要的人看自己包包大小量力自取,畢竟比起全球供應鏈上的損失,這都是微不足道的”潤滑油”.不是嗎?

Due to their design and size, a large number of ports around the world can accommodate suezmax vessels.

“You might find yourself positioning the ship in one direction, and you’re actually moving in another direction,” said Kinsey. “There’s a very fine line between having enough speed to maneuver and not having too much speed that the air and hydrodynamics become unstable. Any deviation can get real bad real quick because it’s so tight.”
The accident will be a missed opportunity if the industry doesn’t adapt, he said. “There will be vessels larger than this one that will be going through the Suez,” he said. “The next incident will be worse.”

大園區橫山書法公園暨書法藝術館,位於青埔地區「5-8號陂塘公園」的東北角,大成路二段與大仁路交接處,館區面積約27701平方公尺,為地下1層、地上2層建築物,總樓地板面積2991平方公尺,為台灣第一座由官方經營,以書法藝術為主題的美術館,亦以向民眾收費參觀方式維持營運。
書法藝術館由建築師潘天壹設計,以公園為「硯台」、陂塘為「墨池」的意象發想,將建築外觀以書法篆刻之山型硯石為主體來組構。
基地由左至右以5個方盒子組成,包括展覽空間、館藏空間、教育推廣空間、商業空間、戶外展演場、行政空間及服務性空間等。
初步規劃除定期展出臺灣及國際書法篆刻名家作品外,亦兼具研究調查台灣書法歷史及向大眾推廣之功能,以呈現臺灣豐沛的書畫藝術創作能量。另為深化在地特色,部份展區規劃為大園尖山遺址展示區。
其他空間規劃為文創空間,預計以OT方式委外經營,讓民眾在欣賞文化藝術展覽及館區獨特的陂塘自然美景之餘,能將藝術帶入生活之中,體驗書藝生活美學。
完工後將結合青塘園旁的桃園市立美術館形成藝文廊帶,成為桃園地區休閒新景點和藝文新地標。
書法藝術館為2017年9月開工,預計2019年9月竣工,但由於諸多問題尚待解決,經桃園文化局追加預算改善後,力拼2021年秋季開館。
Dayuan Hengshan Calligraphy Park and Calligraphy Art Museum is located at the northeast corner of "No. 5-8 Pitang Park" in Qingpu District, at the junction of Section 2 of Dacheng Road and Daren Road. After completion, it will be combined with the Taoyuan Municipal Art Museum next to Qingtang Garden to form an art gallery belt, which will become a new leisure attraction and a new art and cultural landmark in the Taoyuan area.
The calligraphy art museum started in September 2017 and is expected to be completed in September 2019. However, due to many issues that have yet to be resolved, the Taoyuan Cultural Bureau will strive to open the museum in the fall of 2021 after the additional budget has been improved.

With travel temporarily halted, we decided to explore the hidden gems within Singapore. Join us as we explore the local nature attractions nestled within the Southern Ridges, avoiding the hustle and bustle of the concrete jungle that is metropolitan Singapore.
Our hike begins at the break of dawn at Henderson Waves, an award-winning architectural work of art designed by RSP Architects Planners & Engineers (Pte) Ltd and IJP Corporation Ltd, UK. The tallest pedestrian bridge in Singapore, Henderson Waves stands 36 meters above Henderson Road and spans a length of 274 meters. Next, we venture to the peak of Mount Faber Park and look out to stunning views of Singapore's heartlands. Then, we explore the myriad of pink bougainvillea flowers at Terrace Garden, a popular spot in Telok Blangah Hill Park. Finally, we end the day at Forest Walk and its incredible secondary forest.

1895年(明治28年)5月24日に関西鉄道の前ヶ須駅(まえがすえき)として、名古屋 - 前ヶ須間の開通時に開業。
同年11月7日に弥富駅に改称。
1898年(明治31年)4月3日に尾西鉄道(現在の名鉄尾西線)が弥富 - 津島間で開業し当駅に乗り入れ。当時は蒸気機関車が走っていた
1989年(平成元年)7月1日に名鉄が駅業務をJR東海に委託
1997年 (平成9年)8月現行の駅舎に改築
JR東海の2012年度の1日平均乗車人員は1,160人
名古屋鉄道の2013年度の1日平均乗降人員は2,893人
当駅は海抜ゼロメートル地帯の中にあり、日本一低いところにある地上駅(海抜マイナス0.93メートル)である。ただし、実際には南に隣接する近鉄弥富駅の方が低いのではないかと鉄道評論家の川島令三が著作で指摘したことがある
