【我親愛的Zoom視訊客人們】
To My Dear Zoom Clients

To My Dear Zoom Clients
I have been enduring it for a really really long time. That's it! I am gonna put a stop to this after today and send out this reminder to all my past and future clients.
I am getting on in years, and cannot stand too much stimulation.
Please.... can you guys do a proper Zoom?
Number 1: Going on screen in Zoom = Taking a photograph for your passport.
Since 2020, the passport has become something of an antique but I believe everyone has taken some kind of ID photos! Yes, the ones with your neatly combed trusses where I can see both your ears, nose, mouth, neck, shoulder all the way to your chest.
I would like to see your full face during the Bazi Consultation. Please don't allow half your face to fall off the screen and you end up looking like Zhong Wu Yan! Please also don't hide your mouth making me feel like I am talking to a Arrowana.
When I analyze your facial features, it includes your mouth, teeth and the shape of your mouth while you are talking. Yes, it is down to such level of details.
If your PC / Laptop monitor is too low, please find a book or old newspapers and stack it on top. Please don't let me only see your double chin for that 1.5 hours, as I would probably get the proportion of your face wrong.
Don't keep telling me you are apologetic. Think of a way out.
Number 2: The background lighting.
Too dark, you risk looking like a ghost.
Too bright, I cannot figure out your skin color.
Draw open the curtains, but don't face your back to the sunlight.
If necessary, just turn on the lights!
Number 3: Background images of coconut trees on sandy beaches or the Golden Gate Bridge.
There is no need to put on a virtual background. I only care about how my hone looks, I am not bothered by yours. I am only here to see your Bazi.
If your WIFI signal or your PC / Laptop performance is poor, using the virtual background can often make your Zoom video choppy. Sometimes when you turn your body, one side of your body or some part of your hair will disappear. It's really like one of those spooky movies scaring the wits out of me.
•
Number 4: Background environment and noise.
Some of my overseas clients really put in effort for our Zoom sessions. They bought a headset with a mic so that I can hear them properly and vice versa.
Those that did not use a earphone or a headset often sounded echo-ish, and if they spoke softly, I would have to turn on the volume on my side full throttle and still have a hard time trying to hear them.
There are some clients from Hong Kong and Malaysia who would rent meeting rooms, hotel rooms or private work spaces by the hour so as to reduce any disturbance from others and better focus on the Zoom session with me.
I recalled an interesting incident during the Circuit Breaker last year. A client from Singapore Zoom-ed with me along the corridor outside his house. Most of the time, I was hearing the howling of the winds rather than his voice.
Some clients sat themselves in coffee places for our session. These places are often filled with loud chatters and the clanging of cups and plates, and my ears suffered terribly. Yet, I have to continue to be seen as composed and attentive.
Goodness me, after 2 of such experiences, I decided that I rather refund these clients and never see them again. I have only 1 pair of ears and I want to protect them at all costs!
A normal earpiece that comes with the purchase of a handphone is good enough for Zoom video calls. For clients who do not have a earpiece/headset and a mic, I would end the consultation and refund the monies.
•
Number 5: Children
There was once where a session with a female client was repeatedly disrupted by her kids, running in crying for their mother to settle their quarrels. If you have children below 6 years of age, and likely to interrupt our session, I suggest you don't book a consultation with me.
You will be distracted, unable to focus on my advice and I have to wait for you to clear up the situation with your children, eating into the allowable time for me to complete the consultation. This is unfair to both you and me.
•
Number 6: I only meet one person, that is the Client.
I have set this requirement the day I stepped into this line of work, and it is clearly written in my booking form. There is no need to try your luck under any circumstances.
But in the space of 2 weeks, there were some clients who rode their luck and got their spouse / child to sit on the other side of the screen to listen in on our consultation.
I never change my stance, and there is no single client that I cannot afford to lose.
If you insist to have your spouse sit in, it is apparent that you do not need me to help transform your destiny. Rather you really need your spouse to put your heart at ease.
If such things happen the next time, I will end the session immediately and refund the fees.
•
Number 7: "My first time using Zoom"
But you have 2 full months to prepare before our actual consultation. You did not end up wasting time exploring the software and I wasted 20 mins waiting for you to download the software.
Zoom is an easy software to use but if you did not spend the time to familiarize yourself with it, please quit the lies and tell me directly. I will refund the consultation fees on the spot.
Our moral ethics serve as the foundation for our transformation. Stop weaving web of lies to get out of sticky situations, and still claim that you are a good person. Isn't this too thick-skinned?
•
Number 8: Giddy spells
Some clients use Ipad or their handphones for the Zoom session. Crucially, they hold the device with one hand, and take notes with the other. As they write, the other hand holding the phone becomes shaky. If he is doing that on his bed, his handphone would shake like a tsunami wave every time he changes his position.
If I see 3 such clients within a day, it would be 5 hours of shaking visuals for me. That would mean a splitting headache at the end of my work day, and not being able to work on my videos at night.
Even if you don't have a tripod stand, at least prop up the device with a book or something.
Please everyone, please be kind and have mercy on me......

.
Sebab nak dekat sikit dengan bandar Kota Bharu, kami beli tiket turun di stesen Wakaf Bharu instead of Tumpat.
.
Perjalanan sehala ambil masa 11 jam 55 minit. Beli tiket train dari website/app KTM. Harga tiket untuk perjalanan sehala:
.
- Katil/berth (atas) RM40
- Katil/berth (bawah) RM46

.
☑️Unit katil ni tak bnyak, so kene beli tiket awal dlm 2mggu sebelum trip.
.
2. Kalau yg mnt photo hunting mcm kami, mmg berbaloi 12 jam naik train ni. Dlm train, boleh lepak baca buku ats katil, berborak2, bila lapar gi mkn kt cafe pekena maggi sup (signature food dlm train ni) mmg marvellous, pekena plk dgn teh o panas. Layan view dr tingkap tepi katil, tdr mlm mmg nyenyak wpun gegar2 jugak la. Tp syok sbb baru la rasa klasik die.
.
3.Sepanjang perjalanan akan melalui landmark2 yang best (kalau korang tak terlajak tidur la) Prjlanan mlm mmg tak nmpak apa. So pagi tu lps sarapan kt cafe, blh layan view2 ni,
.
-stesen kuala lipis (around 6pagi)

- Gua Musang (around 8 pagi)
- Stesen Dabong, hentian utk hikers mendaki ke gunung stong (around 9.40pg)
- Jambatan Guillemard (sekitar 11 pagi)
- train akn masuk beberapa terowong klasik (rujuk video)
.
Hati2 masa shoot gmbr or video dr pintu keretapi, sebab train laju & track mmg bergegar2, tak hp or kamera yg jatuh, kita sndri boleh jatuh klau careless.
.
4. Matlamat utama trip ni nk dpt experience & enjoy journey dlm sleeper train ni, so kami cuma singgah KB dlm 5 jam je sebelum meneruskan perjalanan balik ke Gemas semula.
.
5.Sewa kereta Axia utk 6 jam total rm60 ( num booking kereta sewa 016-750 8833), 10 minit je drive dr stesen Wakaf Bharu ke KB.
.
6.Walaupun 5jam je, sempat jugak la pergi tmpt2 signature area KB ni wpun rushing, sbb traffic kat KB pun pndai jemmm mcm kL jgk.
.
-sampai stesen Wakaf Bharu sabtu 12.30pm , pick up kereta sewa then terus ke Kopitiam Kita utk lunch. Pekena signature food dia roti titab & teh ais.
.
-pasar Siti Khadijah- tak beli apa pun😅

-Nasi ulam cikgu ( dtg mkn jam 4.30ptg, mkanan pun tak bnyk dah, nasib dh knyg mkn roti titab)
-kampung Kraftangan ( lalu entrance je 😅)

Sebab kami bkn jns big eater, 5 jam kt sna nk mkn mcm2 mmg boleh muntah😅. kami prefer photo hunting instead of food hunting.
.
6.Jam 6ptg kami return kereta sewa then bersiap utk tggu train blk ke Gemas semula. Sm jugak 11 jam 55minit perjalanan. Train blk lmbt sejam sbb kepala lokomotif merajuk jap.
.

Short trip for a day and a half of going to Gemas Negeri Sembilan - Wakaf Bharu Kelantan with sleeper train KTM Express Rakyat Timuran (Saturday 26/9/20 @ 12 am - Sunday 27/9/20
.
Shared by: Izza Al ' Yahya
.
1. Drive from Shah Alam to KTMB Gemas station take ms 2 hours 30 min. Arrived at Gemas strsen at 10.30 pm. Then at 1205 pm, start the journey with KTM ERT from Gemas station (meeting point connecting WCRL-ECRL) to Tumpat station (last station of East Coast).
.
Because we want to be closer to Kota Bharu, we bought tickets to Wakaf Bharu station instead of Tumpat.
.
One way trip takes 11 hours and 55 minutes. Buy train tickets from KTM website / app. Ticket prices for one-way travel:
.
- Bed / Berth (above) RM40
- Bed / Berth (below) RM46
.
☑️ Return ticket for bed / berth below: total RM92 / person.
.
☑️ There's not much of the bed unit, so I have to buy tickets early in 2 weeks before the trip.
.
2. If the one who wants photo hunting like us, it's worth it 12 hours on this train. In the train, we can hang out reading books on the bed, talking, when hungry we go eat at the cafe pekena maggi soup (signature food in this train) it's really marvellous, have some hot tea. Looking at the view from the window by the bed, sleeping at night is really soundly even though I'm shaking. \ Cannot translate \
.
3. Along the journey will be through the best landmarks (if you don't sleep too much) The night trip really doesn't see anything. So that morning after breakfast at the cafe, can entertain the views,
.
- Kuala Lipis station (around 6 am)
- Merapoh station (around 7.30 am)
- Gua Musang (around 8 am)
- Dabong Station, stop for hikers climbing to mountain stong (around 9.40 am)
- Guillemard Bridge (around 11 am)
- train will enter some classic tunnels (refer to the video)
.
Be careful when you shoot pictures or videos from the train door, because the train speed & track are shaking, not the phone or camera that fell, we can fall if careless.
.
4. Main goals for this trip to get experience & enjoy journey in this sleeper train, so we just drop by KB in 5 hours before continuing our journey back to Gemas again.
.
5. Axia car rental for 6 hours total of RM60 (booking number for rental car 016-750 8833), only 10 minutes driving from Wakaf Bharu station to KB.
.
6. Although it's only 5 hours, still managed to go to signature places in KB area even though it's rushing, because traffic congestion in KB is also good at jamming
.
- reached Wakaf Bharu station Saturday 12.30 pm, pick up a rental car then straight to Kopitiam for lunch. Having signature food for titab bread & iced tea.
.
- Siti Khadijah market-didn't buy anything 😅
- Din Tok Yo coffee shop
- street art Kota Bharu
- Teacher's ulam rice (came to eat at 4.30 pm, there's not much food left, luckily I ate titab bread)
- Crafts village (just passing by the entrance 😅)
.
Because we're not JNS big eater, 5 hours there, we can vomit for all sorts of things 😅. We prefer photo hunting instead of food hunting.
.
6. at 6 pm we return the rental car and get ready to wait for the train to return to Gemas again. It's the same as 11 hours and 55 minutes journey. Train back an hour late because the locomotive head is sulking for a while.
.
7. Expected to arrive at Gemas station tomorrow Sunday at 8 am. Tonight after eating at the cafe, going to bed and sleeping.
.

Nowadays so many people complain they have no money…
That everything costs too much…
Or that their job sucks.
The problem is most people don’t know how to spend money to begin with.
They spend money like poor people.
I don’t mean they spend little money.
No.
What I am talking about are the activities they spend money on.
Say gambling for example.
Most people think that gambling will make them rich. They watch movies like Casino Royale and think they are James Bond.
No. You aren’t James Bond.
James Bond was rich to begin with. He didn’t become rich gambling in the casino.
You see, you will never be rich or make money by gambling.
Do you know why?
Because even if you make money, you will gamble it away. It’s just how gambling business works.
They create the environment to have you come back. And spend money.
That’s why most casinos or gambling organizations are in prime luxurious locations.
And do you know how they can afford it?
That’s right… from your money!
Now what about buying lottery tickets?
Just like gambling, lotteries are for suckers who believe they can be rich.
Chances of you winning the lottery in a single state is as high as 18 million to 1. And in multiple states it is as high as 120 million to 1.
When you gamble or buy lottery tickets, you are telling yourself that the only way to become rich is luck… by chance… both possibilities far away.
So instead of letting luck decide your wealth… spend money on activities or skills that make you money.
If you spend money like a poor person, you will always remain like a poor person.
So what are some ways to spend money?
-\-\ You could buy books to upgrade your skills and get a promotion in your career.
-\-\ You can invest in a side business while working full time.
-\-\ You could spend money and time learning skills online… instead of creeping up on your ex boyfriend/girlfriend on Facebook.
-\-\ You can invest in high-income skills and work from wherever you want.
Take some of my students as an example…
✅ Peter made 9K in one week with his high-income skill.
✅ David made $250 with one phone call in one hour.
✅ And Clyde is using his new high-income skill to grow his business every single day.
Now, if you want to learn the number 1 high-income skill I teach my students like Peter, David, and Clyde…
