The bottom is sponge and the center is chocolate cream(Donald) or berry cream(Daisy) and outer is vanilla cream. I ate them with Starbucks iced coffee. When I used it before, I felt cubed ice and hot water are too little. So this time, I used more cubed ice and hot water. It's better for me.
