班芙是加拿大班芙國家公園中最大的城鎮，被雄偉的落基山脈包圍著，在小鎮上拍照，總有雪山當背景，很是浪漫！這裡是度假勝地，而最有名的就是「路易斯湖」，景色真的真的非常驚豔！趁聖誕，來度個假吧~
「Nourish Bistro」是班芙小鎮裡唯一的素食餐館 (vegetarian)，食物水準很高，也非常新潮，而且環境氣氛很愜意，很有度假風！「Aloo Paratha」CA12.12，字面上看不懂是什麼，其實是用馬鈴薯做成的薄煎餅，配上烤過的羅馬番茄，更野味；「Chickpea Omelette」CA16.16，非常獨特，使用鷹嘴豆粉代替了雞蛋，口感很鬆軟，餡料包括了青椒，洋蔥和香菜，非常綿密，超推薦！

Banff is the largest town within Banff National Park in Alberta, Canada It is surrounded by the majestic Rocky Mountains. Taking pictures in the town, there is always a snow mountain as the background, it is very romantic! This is a resort town, and the most famous spot goes to "Lake Louise". The scenery is unbelievable stunning! It's Christmas, come to have your holiday resort~
"Nourish Bistro" is the only vegetarian restaurant in Banff. The food is very high standard and very trendy, and the atmosphere is very pleasant and holiday-like! "Aloo Paratha" (CA12.12), literally can't understand what it is. In fact, it is kinda like a potato pancake, served with roasted roman tomatoes, make it more flavorful ; "Chickpea Omelette" (CA16.16), an unique style omelette using chickpea flour to replace eggs! Stuffings include green peppers, spring onions & cilantro, the texture is very soft and dense, highly recommended!
