1 Mei 2020 - Kecoh apabila kisah seorang pelajar UTM Skudai yang sedang mengikuti program Ph.D dalam jurusan kejuruteraan awam balik ke kampong halamannya di Malan, Dangi diviralkan oleh pemandu kenderaan IPD yang menghantar beliau balik malam tadi. Pelajar tersebut, Maznah Binti Ismail yang terkandas dalam kampus sejak penularan wabak Covid 19 dibenarkan balik ke kampong bersama pelajar lain selepas larangan PKP dilonggarkan oleh Kerajaan.
Tinggal bersama dalam khemah usang itu ialah Abang kandungnya, Radzuan bin Ismail bersama isteri dan 6 orang anak beliau. Radzuan bekerja di Kilang Sawit di Batu 10, tidak mampu mendirikan rumah baharu. Gajinya hanya RM1200 sebulan sedangkan beliau terpaksa menyekolahkan enam orang anak. Anaknya yang sulung berusia 22 tahun sedang belajar di UIA, Gombak.
Dengan tersebarnya berita mengemparkan ini, YTM Dato' Hj. Muhammed Bin Hj. Abdullah, Undang Luak Johol telah meminta Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif, Yayasan Undang Johol untuk meninjau keadaan sebenar dan ingin mendapat laporan terperinci mengapa Maznah dan abang beliau sekeluarga terpaksa tinggal di dalam khemah begitu rupa. YTM juga telah mengirim sedekah peribadi dan sedikit barang keperluan asas harian.
Maznah menceritakan rumah asal yang terbakar pada 20 Oktober 2015 itu dibina oleh arwah ayah beliau yang meninggal pada tahun 2011. Rumah itu telah dipindahmilik oleh arwah ayah kepada Maznah pada tahun 2010. Pada tahun 2018 Maznah dengan rela hati telah memberikan rumah dan tanah tersebut kepada abangnya Radzuan setelah ibunya kembali ke Rahmatullah.
Untuk makluman, Radzuan (sebelum itu Maznah) telah memohon untuk mendapat sebuah rumah PPRT daripada pihak berwajib. Malangnya, permohonan tersebut tidak menjadi kenyataan sehingga ke hari ini.
Sebagai wakil Yayasan Undang Johol, saya akan menyediakan laporan terperinci kisah yang dihadapi oleh Maznah dan abangnya, Radzuwan mengenai karenah birokrasi yang mereka alami bagi mendapatkan sebuah rumah PPRT kepada YTM Dato' Undang Hj. Muhammed. Ia melibatkan beberapa Jabatan dan agensi kerajaan dan tidak wajar dilaporkan disini.
YTM Dato' Undang, sebagai pemerintah Luak Johol, pasti tidak mahu melihat rakyatnya tinggal dalam keadaan daif seperti itu. YTM pasti akan meminta Jabatan/agensi kerajaan yang terlibat untuk mengambil tindakan segera bagi membantu keluarga malang ini mendapatkan sebuah rumah PPRT.
