今日是兩年一度Vinexpo的大日子，一連三日在會展舉行，在座有邊位會去？
昨晚大叔很榮幸，出席一個澳洲葡萄酒活動，想不到陣容是如此地震撼。
Penfolds Grange ，是很多酒友心目中夢幻逸品，2004的香氣令人著迷，但仲未完全瞓醒，Henschke Hill of Grace 2008 ，是有前有後的優雅王后 ; Chris Ringland Shiraz，其變化多端的表現，澎湃有力; Yarra Yerring Chardonnay ，明顯的Burgundy風味，還有Tyrell's Wines的Hunter Semillion ，一邊飲，一邊吃了一打生蠔。
酒佬之人生，從來沒有飲品只有酒。

My perennial favourite is always Mount Mary’s Quintet from Yarra Valley, itself a cult icon, showcasing what Australia can produce too in a French wine style with a Bordeaux blend. The infamous Penfold’s Grange 2004 was by default many drinker’s dream drink for Monday, yet the Henschke Hill of Grace from a Single Old Vineyard was as elegant as it gets for a Barossa Shiraz all these years!! This combination of wines was worth around AUD 2,500 or HKD $18,000+ alone.. Best icons of Australian wines!! Go see them again at the Vinexpo, it’s not every year they open up these Top of the Top Aussie Vintages for the show! #AussieWines #Australianwines #Vinexpo #2018
