BEZ. FOCCACIA. IN. SINGAPORE @mimieubakery!!! This is the Slutty Spam Sourdough Focaccia with Cheddar which will 110% blow you away. I promise you’ll be like “omg this is so good” just after one bite. The texture is really flawless - perfect density and springiness, and just moist enough. And it has just the right amount of tangy kick, and cheese. So so so good!!! I hope I can order a special one with more spam next time hehehe. Anyway, it’s a super huge and heavy bread so make sure you have people to share with (I cut it into 6 substantial pieces). It’s really good with scrambled eggs, and the House Special Honey Cayenne Butter that so many people raved about. Really lucky to have snagged this limited edition bread and the awesome butter! 🥺 oh by the way the waitlist is at least 3 months long so ... order only if you can wait (but it’s defo worth the wait!)
