[ 補鈣好物推薦:福樂鈣多多牛奶 ]
居家生活已經長達兩個半月了,蠻多人這段時間宅在家中都缺乏運動又沒曬太陽,再加上喝比較多咖啡(每天600mL以上黑咖啡),可能會有鈣質流失的風險,不知道各位是不是也會擔心自己的鈣質問題呢?
⭐️攝取足夠鈣質/維生素D很重要⭐️
鈣質有助於維持骨骼與牙齒的正常發育及健康,而人體儲存鈣質的量在30歲時會達到人生的巔峰,接著就會開始慢慢下降,尤其是女性在停經之後,鈣質流失的狀況會越來越快。
根據國民營養調查,台灣人攝取得最差的礦物質就是鈣,男性7歲以上族群的平均鈣質攝取量只有DRIs的38-58%,女性7 歲以上族群也只有30-53%(Ref 2)。所以,我們的鈣質庫就要從年輕開始做起,等到老的時候才不會因為流失而有相關健康的風險。
和骨骼健康有關的營養素中,除了鈣以外,維生素D也非常重要,維生素D能增進鈣吸收。幫助骨骼與牙齒的生長發育等功能,所以攝取鈣質的同時,也不要忘記要攝取足夠的維生素D!
另外,蛋白質營養、鎂、鋅等營養素 都與鈣質的平衡、新陳代謝有關,所以平常時候也都要注意這些營養素的狀況!是人體維持鈣質營養必須的營養素。
⭐️喝咖啡鈣會流失嗎?⭐️
現代很多人有喝咖啡的習慣,相信大家都很關心這個問題!先前看了4篇探討咖啡與骨骼健康相關性的文獻(Ref 3,4,5,6),其中2篇顯示有關,2篇顯示無關,結果不太一致。
但是其中一篇發現,每天的咖啡因攝取超過330毫克(大約等於600mL咖啡或更多)就可能會 無法維持骨骼健康 ,且這樣的狀況在鈣攝取不足的女性身上尤其明顯(Ref 5)。一篇1994年發表在JAMA的研究也指出,停經後婦女在過往至今的生活中,喝咖啡的量越多,越無法維持骨骼健康,但是,對於成年後每天攝取一杯以上牛奶的女性來說,這樣的負相關就不存在了 (Ref 7)!這就代表,只要有喝足夠牛奶的族群,有攝取夠鈣質,就能有助維持骨質的健康
⭐️福樂鈣多多的特色⭐️
福樂鈣多多牛奶除了鈣含量達到高鈣含量外,還有「補鈣金字塔配方」,添加了維生素D3能促進鈣質吸收,也有鎂、鋅等幫助補充營養,以及幫助維持我們的健康。

🤭 生蒜頭
吃韓式烤肉,用菜包着燒肉、泡菜、生蒜片來吃,滋味無窮,但吃罷嘴裡容易留有生蒜的臭味,因其含大蒜素硫化物,於嘴裡留有強烈異味。
🤭 生洋蔥
吃三文治、熱狗、沙律時,如內裡夾有生洋蔥,吃時嘴裡有一股嗆辣味道,因洋蔥含硫化物,經咀嚼及口腔細菌交互作用後便會產生難聞味道。
🤭 牛奶/芝士
牛奶及芝士屬高蛋白質食物,會在嘴內產生阿摩尼亞臭酸味,形成口臭。
🤭 煎炸食物
中醫理論認為常吃煎炸油膩食物,容易令腸胃濕熱,消化能力差,臭味上湧至口腔溢出,形成口臭。
🤭 咖啡與酒精飲品
咖啡中的咖啡因以及酒精都有利尿作用,容易令人口乾,口腔亦未能產生足夠唾液沖走細菌,便會形成口氣。
遇上飲食後出現的口臭情況,宜多喝暖水、暖無糖檸檬水或綠茶;如果口臭問題持續,宜諮詢註冊中醫師調理身體。

Foods that can cause bad breath
It is a known fact that bad breath repels people. What kinds of foods cause us to have a bad breath? To avoid unnecessary awkward moments, do not consume the following before going on a date or meeting clients.
🤭 Raw garlic
During Korean barbecue, we tend to eat barbecued meat, kimchi, and raw garlic that are wrapped in leafy greens. No doubt it tastes good, but the raw garlic can leave a pungent smell in our mouth because there is allicin sulfide in it.
🤭 Raw onion
If there are raw onions in the sandwich, hotdog, or salad we eat, we experience a sharp pungent taste when we chew on them. This is because a variety of Sulphur compounds in the raw onions would interact with the bacteria in the mouth to initiate a chemical reaction, which tends to give out an unpleasant odor.
🤭 Milk/cheese
Milk and cheese are high in protein, and can produce a sour ammonia taste in the mouth that is equivalent to a bad breath.
🤭 Fried foods
Chinese Medicine believes that eating fried and oily foods regularly can cause damp heat to accumulate in the stomach and the intestines. When the digestive function is disrupted, the smell from the digestive organs might fill the oral cavity, causing bad breath.
🤭 Coffee and alcoholic beverages
Both the caffeine in coffee and alcohol have diuretic properties, and they can cause the mouth to become dry. The lack of saliva will encourage bacterial growth, and this can cause a bad odor to develop in the mouth.
When bad breath lingers after eating certain foods, we should drink warm water, warm sugar-free lemon juice, or green tea. If the condition persists, consult licensed and registered Chinese medicine practitioner.

IMPORTANT TIPS:
- Consume between ½ tsp. – 2 tsps. of matcha a day.
- Although matcha is low in caffeine, it still contains caffeine, so avoid drinking in the evening.
- Good quality matcha is bright, vivid green and will have a fine powdery consistency. Avoid anything that’s yellowish or coarse. It won’t tast good.
- The highest quality matcha comes from Japan and it will cost more than green tea.
- If you want to gain the maximum benefits, only drink matcha with water or low protein liquids such as coconut milk, rice milk or almond milk, NOT dairy milk. Dairy milk will actually counteract the adsorption of many of the beneficial nutrients and antioxidants in Matcha. So you’re just wasting it.

STEPS:
1) In a mug mix the dry ingredients or steep the tea bag with hot water. Stir until the powder is fully dissolved.
2) Then sweeten it with a teaspoon of maple syrup or honey. You can also choose to flavoUr it with ¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract. Stir again.
3) Next, warm the milk in a saucepan over medium heat. I used either soy milk or coconut milk.
4) Pour the milk into a cup and froth the milk with an electric milk frother.
5) Then pour the milk into the drink mixture and serve warm.
