中國在一月初成長可觀，一月底封城之後銷售量快速萎縮，但2月底重新開店後銷售逐漸好轉，3月比2月底狀況好，4月又比3月更好。
世界其他區域在今年初頭五週銷售成長樂觀，之後隨著疫情快速萎縮，但Cook認為狀況應該會像中國區一樣，隨著reopen而恢復正常。
CFO特別提到去年Apple買下I ntel baseband團隊，表示Apple會持續買入他們認為可以成為Apple核心技術的公司，無論對方規模。
關於存貨狀況，Cook親自回答表示十幾年來Apple習慣在每年上半期間減少通路的存貨量，然後在下半年增加通路存貨（這很正常，因為Apple多是下半年才推新產品）。
Tim Cook特別強調Apple的產品與零件來自於世界各地，而組裝主要在中國但也有世界其他區域。而正因為這樣的供應鏈風險管理，所以在這次世界規模的疫情之下，Apple可以快速從一月底爆發疫情後的一個月內恢復近乎正常的供貨能力，並成功推出與供應iPhone SE、iPad Smartkey Board、Macbook air等新品。Cook表示他們滿意現有的供應鏈布局的安全性與可靠性，不會改變。
（雖然中國市場只是Apple的第三大地區市場，但整場電話會議Tim Cook不斷主動帶到中國市場上，甚至從會議時間來看，超過一半時間都在講中國市場的依賴，反而一字都沒提第二大歐盟市場）
