Very happy to attend Krug Global media tasting and there are only 3 representatives from HK and I’m so glad to be one of them!🥰🥰🥳🥳🥂🥂Apart from visiting Maison Krug virtually, we also learn how Krug Grand Cuvee champagne is made. Sneak preview and tasted 4 Krug champagnes, including Krug 169eme Edition (will launch in June 2021, with 2013 as base wine) Krug 159eme edition( Tribute to Time, with 2003 as base wine）、Krug 2008（will launch in September 2021)& Krug 164eme edition（with 2008 as base wine). Krug 2008 is elegant and complex, put on lees for at least 12 years with good acidity & lively fruity notes, it surely has aging potential & should be on your collection list! 多謝 Champagne Bollinger 邀請，試咗佢剛推出嘅 #ChampagneBollinger R.D. 2007年，這款酒陳年最少13年嘅年份香檳，酒標復刻第一代R.D. 1952 年酒標！R.D.系列屬於此香檳酒莊的頂級系列，R.D.解作「Recently Disgorged 」，意思是陳年了好一段時間到近日才除渣入瓶出廠。另外仲好開心😍😍可以試2支Sample 1 & 2! 原來係1976年年份香檳😱😱😱🥰🥰🥰，由於兩支就算同年份，由於二次發酵以後，出廠時間不同，味道同埋顏色分別很大，又長知識了！🥳🥳🥂
Thanks Champagne Bollinger for your invitation! Tried the newly launched Champagne Bollinger R.D. 2007. It has been aged on lees for at least 13 years . R.D. is the top of the line, which means Recently Disgorged, The label is a replica of the first R.D 1952 ! So happy to try Sample 1&2, 😍😍, they r both from 1976 vintage 😱😱😱🥰🥰! Since the disgorgement dates are at different time, their tastes are very different! Learnt more! 🥳🥳🥂

參加咗Champagne Henriot香檳嘅聚會，同CEO Guillaume 會面，仲試咗6款旗下嘅香檳。2008年係香檳嘅超好年，今年試過不同香檳品牌嘅08年都無失望過，而Henriot Brut Millesime 2008年香檳亦非常好味，陳年8年，優雅而層次複雜，香氣四溢，真係要用大杯去感受佢嘅嬌美！Cheers!🥂🎉
Attended Champagne Henriot’s gathering and met with the CEO Guillaume. We tried 6 different champagnes together. 2008 is an exceptional year for champagnes & all the 08 champagnes that I tired from different brands are all great. Henriot Brut Millesime 2008 is also a great gem, with 8 years on lees, it’s aromatic, elegant and complex. U really need a big wine glass to enjoy its aromas! Cheers! 🥂🎉
