Champagne Henriot 是其中一間少數自1808年開業傳到今日第8代的家族香檳莊。更值得一提的是開創這逾200年歷史的香檳莊莊主其實是Apolline 女士，她在丈夫Henriot過身後在33歲時建立這香檳莊，在19世紀以女性身份可以有如此事業，絕對是女生的驕傲！我尢其喜歡Henriot Brut Millesime 2008年及Henriot Brut Cuvée Hemera 2005年！Cheers! 🥂

Champagne Henriot is one of the rare and independent champagne houses still owned by the same family for 8 generations since 1808. It’s established by Apolline at aged 33, after her husband Henriot passed away . It’s very unusual to have a female opening a champagne house in 19th century! So proud of her! I like Henriot Brut Millesime 2008 & Henriot Brut Cuvée Hemera 2005 most at the recent tasting. Cheers! 🥂

參加咗Champagne Henriot香檳嘅聚會，同CEO Guillaume 會面，仲試咗6款旗下嘅香檳。2008年係香檳嘅超好年，今年試過不同香檳品牌嘅08年都無失望過，而Henriot Brut Millesime 2008年香檳亦非常好味，陳年8年，優雅而層次複雜，香氣四溢，真係要用大杯去感受佢嘅嬌美！Cheers!🥂🎉
Attended Champagne Henriot’s gathering and met with the CEO Guillaume. We tried 6 different champagnes together. 2008 is an exceptional year for champagnes & all the 08 champagnes that I tired from different brands are all great. Henriot Brut Millesime 2008 is also a great gem, with 8 years on lees, it’s aromatic, elegant and complex. U really need a big wine glass to enjoy its aromas! Cheers! 🥂🎉
