If this were a picture with a positive quote, you would’ve thought I had a great day.
You would’ve thought my life is full of good luck and positivity, and things are always easy for me because of the ways I look at things.
Truth is, it’s not.
In fact, I had a rough day with unexpected bumps & setbacks the whole day. As much as I knew these experience will eventually help me grow, I can’t help but feel a little down & demotivated.😞
But you wouldn’t guessed that if I didn’t say it out…would you?🧐
Just this morning, my patient told me that she’s on a Social Media Detox.
With more time spent on social media, it’s easy to put ourselves in a toxic pressure where we think we have to “live the best life” all the time.
As a person who tend to avoid sharing negative things in life, I can relate to that. I always have the mindset that I should NOT talk about the bad stuff, the negative stuff online, because I don’t want to make social media a depressing space.
But life is not perfect.
In fact, we have and we NEED the “lows”…so we can appreciate the “highs”. It is important for us to acknowledge our negative emotions and accept it as a part of growth. After all, it is never a good thing to hide your devil, but to learn how to co-exist with it.
We are humans. And our emotions, grey or bright, are what make our lives colourful. Admitting that you’re going through something bad in life once in a while doesn’t make you weak, it makes you more human.
I guess this was a long post for saying “I had a bad day”.😂 But hey, it’s me, and I like sharing stuff in my brain. So if you had a bad day, know that it too shall pass, and if Kayla can do it, you can do it better. 😆💪

In this video, I am going to share my tips and tricks on finding motivation and positivity within yourself ✨?.

Tip1️⃣: Establish daily practices in which you remind yourself of the things you have in your life.
Tip 2️⃣: Compete with yourself, demand your mind and body to challenge yourself, so the likelihood of feeling positive and motivated will increase!
Tip 3️⃣: Always search for good energy and reject the bad. .
However, staying positive and motivated is easier said than done✅ .
I hope these tips bring you some relief on days where you are feeling down and demotivated. Wishing you a positive week ahead!

Episode 3 - The Power of Attitude & Lower Body Workout
Mindset:
I can honestly say today was a lot harder as I felt very demotivated in the moment before going to the gym, and worse is that I gotta train some hardcore LEGS! However I had to snap myself out of it and bring out a positive Attitude in order to switch my Reality. So I took the time i needed to prepare my mind, and do it
Workout:
I've never trained legs twice a week, as I always thought that by loading it as much as I can in 1 session is more effective than splitting it into 2, however research has shown that if you trained legs twice a week you are more likely to build up more Lean Muscle Mass, I'll be updating to you on how I feel on the changes, and hopefully you can also try it out!
