ซีรีส์ได้นักแสดงชุดเดิมจาก Star Wars สามภาคแรก อย่าง Ewan McGregor กลับมารับบทเป็นอาจารย์เคโนบีและ Hayden Christensen ที่เล่นเป็นอนาคินสกายวอล์คเกอร์จะมารับบทเป็น Darth Vader ในซีรีส์โอบีวัน นอกจากนี้ยังมีการคาดการณ์อีกว่าอาจมี Darth Maul มาปรากฏในซีรีส์
