“For out of His fullness (abundance) we have all received [all had a share and we were all supplied with] one grace after another and spiritual blessing upon spiritual blessing and even favor upon favor and gift [heaped] upon gift.” (John 1:16 AMPC)
I like how the Amplified version brings out the rich meaning of this verse.
Constantly refocus back to “receiving mode” and see yourself being actively supplied with grace, blessings, favor and gifts heaped upon each other.
The key to receiving all these is to see the source: out of whose fullness? Jesus.
When we keep seeing ourselves as being abandoned by God, left high and dry, having to fend for ourselves, we have no faith to receive anything from God.
Verses like these shift our perspective, helping us to see that God is always supplying us with good things through Jesus because He loves us.
If you feel like you’ve run out of grace from Jesus, look out—another fresh supply of grace is coming your way! You only need to believe and confess it—that’s faith!

Thank You Jesus for your never-ending supply of grace, favor, gifts and blessings for me. I receive them now by faith through Your finished work at the cross. Amen!
