New plant-based burger alert!!!

A few days ago, with the help of our friend Richie Kul we tried the new kid on the block - The Beyond Belief burger! (Yes, the name does sound a little familiar! 😁)

There are 3 different types of Beyond Belief burger. A ‘beef’ patty, a chili ‘beef’ patty and a ‘chicken’ style patty. Naturally, we tried all 3!

The first batch we baked with no oil and the second batch we fried with Alt.Kitchen’s vegan butter.

The moistness of the fried burger made it much more meat-like in taste; it became thick and chewy with just the right amount of chargrill taste. You could even find bits of gristle-like textures in the patty! The spicy burger wasn’t massively different from the normal burger, but still tasted delicious!

ตัวเนื้อเบอร์เกอร์ของทางบียอนด์บีลีฟมีอยู่ 3 รสชาติด้วยกัน นั่นก็คือ รสเนื้อ รสเนื้อแบบเผ็ด และรสไก่ และแน่นอนค่ะที่เราต้องลองมันทั้ง 3 รสชาติไปเลย

รอบแรกเราได้ลองเอาไปอบแบบไม่ใช้น้ำมัน และรอบสองลองทอดในกระทะกับเนยวีแกนของทาง Alt.Kitchen

ความชุ่มของตัวเนื้อเบอร์เกอร์เมื่อนำมาทอดกับเนยจะดีกว่านะคะ รสชาติจะเหมือนจริงขึ้นมาเมื่อมีความเกรียมๆเล็กน้อย และเนื้อสัมผัสในตัวเบอร์เกอร์มีความหนึบๆบางส่วน คล้ายกับเนื้อสัตว์จริงๆด้วยค่ะ ส่วนตัวทีเป็นรสชาติเผ็ด จริงๆแล้วไม่ได้ต่างกับตัวที่เป็นรสเนื้อปกติมากมายนะคะ แต่ก็อร่อยมากเช่นกันค่ะ
