Although every dish stood out in their own right there were one dish from each chef that were most exceptional. The first was the "Oyster Bay" by Chef DK of @haomabkk. The freshest, most succulent oysters were flavoured in cumin and tamarind curry and further accentuated with a quenelle of Rosella Sorbet. Wait! Did he just combine fresh oysters with curry and sorbet? By imagination it had the potential to be a wet, hot and cold, sloppy disaster but it was the sensational flavour bomb of the night we least expected.
