One of the latest places to get a Nyonya meal is Blue Bellvine Nyonya Cuisine, a new Nyonya restaurant right smack in town at Noordin Street, central Georgetown. The restaurant is fairly new and boasts full-fledged Nyonya menu, from Appetizers to Main Meat dishes as well as Desserts... though the options for each category are rather limited. The restaurant has a very nice and elegant setting; you could tell from how the things are organized here- from color combinations and the choice of eating utensils. Definitely a place where you would want to spend time enjoying the dishes here (do spare some extra time as the serving time might take a little longer than usual). Prices are on the higher side though... given the small serving portion.

RESEPI LASAGNA BISKUT CRACKER
BAHAN-BAHAN:
Untuk perap inti:
1 tiub daging cincang
3 ulas bawang putih
1 inci halia
4 sudu serbuk kari
Sedikit lada sulah
Garam secukup rasa
1 biji bawang Holland (untuk menumis nanti)
Untuk dilapis
1 cawan susu cair
1 cawan santan
1 cawan air
1 pek biskut cracker
10 biji telur
Sedikit daun bawang / daun sup
Hirisan cili
Parutan keju
CARA-CARA:
1. PERAP BAHAN INTI
Mula-mula satukan semua bahan inti (kecuali bawang holland) dalam sebuah bekas.
Perapkan sekejap dalam lebih kurang 5 minit.
2. MASAK INTI:
Seterusnya kita akan masak inti daging yang diperap tadi.
Sediakan kuali dan panaskan sedikit minyak untuk menumis. Potong dadu bawang Holland tadi dan masukkan inti.
Masak hingga garing. Bila dah masak ketepikan.
3. CELUP & LAPISKAN BISKUT
Ok bila intinya dah siap, kita nak melapis pula. Lebih kurang macam buat cheesekut tu.
Caranya, satukan susu cair, santan dan air dalam periuk. Panaskan.
Sementara tu boleh lapik loyang dengan aluminium foil. Sapukan marjerin keliling loyang. Saya guna loyang 8 inci.
Celup biskut cracker dalam adunan susu dan santan tadi. Jangan lama nanti biskut lembik. Susun dalam loyang.
4. BUBUH INTI & RATAKAN DENGAN TELUR
Kemudian inti yang dah siap masak tadi kita tambahkan hirisan cili dan daun bawang / daun sup.
Nak lagi lemak bubuhkan sikit cheese. Kalau tak, bubuh dekat topping saja pun boleh.
Kemudian tuangkan telur yang dah dikocok hingga rata. Settle 1 layer.
5. ULANG
Ulang semula langkah 3 & 4 hingga dapat 5 layer.
6. BAKAR
Akhir sekali, bakar dalam oven. Suhu 170 selama 40 minit atau ikut oven masing-masing.
Untuk bahagian paling atas boleh bubuh topping ikut kreativiti masing-masing bila siap dibakar nanti.

Beginilah hasilnya bila dah siap. Wah, baunya memang wangi satu rumah.
CRACKER BISCUT LASAGNA RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
To marinated the core:
1 tube of minced meat
3 review of garlic
1 inches of ginger
4 teaspoon of curry powder
A little bit of pepper
Salt is enough
1 Holland onions (for frying later)
To be layered
1 cups of liquid milk
1 cups of coconut milk
1 cups of water
1 pack of cracker biscuits
10 eggs
Some onion leaves / soup leaves
A slice of chili chili
Cheese grater
WAYS:
1. MARINETING MATERIALS
First unite all the core ingredients (except holland onions) in a container.
Improve for a while in about 5 minutes.
2. COOKING:
Next we will cook the marinated meat filling just now.
Prepare the pan and heat up some oil to fry. Cut the Holland onion dice just now and insert the filling.
Cooking until it's crispy. When you cook, put it aside.
3. DIPS & BUSINESS PUTS
Ok when the point is done, we want to lay down. It's more or less like making cheesekut.
The way, put together liquid milk, coconut milk and water in the pot. Heat it up.
Meanwhile can cover the brass with aluminum foil. Apply margarine around the brass. I use 8 inch brass.
Dip cracker biscuits in the milk and coconut milk mix just now. Don't take long for the sissy biscuits. Arrange in the brass.
4. BUBUH CORE & FLAVE WITH EGGS
Then the filling that was finished cooking just now we added a slice of chili and onion leaves / soup leaves.
Want more fat to remove some cheese. If you don't, you can put it on the topping.
Then pour the shaken egg to the flat. Settle 1 layers.
5. REPEAT
Repeat step 3 & 4 to get 5 layers.
6. BURN
Finally, burn in the oven. Temperature 170 for 40 minutes or according to each oven.
For the top part you can put toppings according to your own creativity when you're ready to burn.

Công thức mình tham khảo từ công thức bánh quy mùa đông của savourydays.com, có chính sửa chút để có hương vị ưng ý.
Cho 25-30 bánh :
210g bột mì đa dụng (all-purpose flour)
¼ thìa cà phê muối nở (1/4 tsp baking soda)
1/8 thìa cà phê muối (1/8 tsp salt)
2 thìa cà phê bột gừng (2 tsp ground ginger)
½ thìa cà phê bột quế (1/2 tsp ground cinnamon)
85g bơ nhạt (unsalted butter)
50g đường nâu (dark brown sugar)
25g trứng đánh tan – khoảng ½ quả (beaten egg)
70g mật ong (honey)
1/2 thìa cà phê tinh chất hương cam (1/2 tsp orange extract) hoặc thay bằng vỏ cam bào vụn
Đường icing:
20g lòng trắng trứng (khoảng ½ lòng trắng) (egg white)
½ thìa cà phê nước cốt chanh (1/2 tsp lemon juice)
85g đường bột (icing sugar)
Màu thực phẩm (food coloring)
