It’s been a really long weekend for me this week!
Started from 10th Mar (Saturday) - Flying off to Sibu in the morning
11th Mar (Sunday) - Sibu Tower Run (5km + 28 Floors consists of 627 Steps with 110m Elevation) and Flying back to KL in the evening
12th Mar (Monday) - Flying off to Paris, France, transit at Dubai. From Malaysia time catch the 10am flight in the morning, arrived Paris at 8pm (Paris Time)
13th Mar (Tuesday) - Running around Paris in the morning and 3 hours walking sightseeing around Paris. Night time 14km Long Run with Adidas Runners Paris
14th Mar (Wednesday) - Easy Run in the morning and walk around Paris as well and did a Short Track Session in the evening
15th Mar (Thursday) - Morning went to try out the Eiffel Tower Stairs, afternoon walk around Paris and evening time standby for the Eiffel Tower Run! Finished everything till midnight around 1am in the morning only managed to back to room.
16th Mar (Friday) - Caught the morning flight from Paris at 10am and head back to Dubai, then back to KL.
17th Mar (Saturday) - Arrived KL in the morning 9am. Went to have lunch with parents and back home. Do some planning for the track event today for my athletes. Sleep early after the long flight hour!
18th Mar (Sunday) - Breakfast with dad, then took the LRT and head to Bukit Jalil MSN Track for the FTKLAA All Comers. Went there collect the bib as I am the manager for my athletic club. Passed the bib to all of them, monitor and watch my athlete’s performance. Went in and race the 5,000m as well to test my fitness level as I am going to have University Track Meets in early Apr. 4th position with the time of 16:24 minutes.
Here goes the 3 races in 9 days time!
Tomorrow back to Office (Internship)!
