I have been moaning and groaning about exiting the #30sclub and finally entering the #40sclub. But now, nothing seems to have changed 🤷🏻♂️

I have done a number of jobs, made lots of mistakes, learned lots lessons, hurt a number of people, loved a lot more, done many #headstand s (and even more #handstand s), at no point would I imagine to be a yoga teacher, let alone being able to travel around the world to share it.

I owe my luck to the most important people in my life @louisalo2000 @samanman, dad and of course @adamhawkshaw. Now in a different decade of my journey, I think I’ve finally grown up... A few things I have learned through my infinite number of mistakes:
- be true to yourself
- be kind to people
- do everything with 💯% and
- never look back with regrets.
