🌟雞胸牛油果方形紫菜包飯🌟
近期除左阿仔減磅外,我媽媽👩🏻都想加入呢個行列,一來想食得健康,但又不失營養,仲可以輕鬆減磅😬✌🏻
早前入手左東芝低醣IH電飯煲,真係要好好利用,煮出煙韌嘅低醣飯!而且東芝低醣電飯煲既低醣飯可以減走35%還原糖,又可增加48%飽肚既抗性澱粉! 而且佢仲有多種健康烹調模式,如雜穀、低醣飯、糙米、發芽糙米等。以後,食飯都可以食得更健康!

材料:(4-6份)
雞胸肉 1件
白米 2杯(360g)
牛油果 1個
蕃茄 1個
低卡沙律醬 少許
沙律菜 適量
白醋 少許
方形紫菜 4-6片
雞肉調味料:
鹽 少許
做法:
1)洗好米後放入減醣釜內注入適量水份;
2)雞胸肉洗乾淨用廚房紙吸乾水份,中間切一刀,灑上少許鹽醃15分鐘;
3)然後按「HEALTHYRICE」模式40分鍾,中途將雞胸加入,直至米飯煮熟便完成
4)在煮飯嘅途中,可以準備其他材料,將蕃茄切片,牛油果切片,沙律菜洗乾淨備用;
5)白飯煮熟後,加入少許醋撈勻,待涼後便可使用;
6)將紫菜放平在牛油紙上,前面中間剪一下(如圖),四邊放上唔同材料,由右下角開始疊上逆時針方向疊好;
6)包上牛油紙,在中間切一刀便完成

材料:
栗子 100g
南瓜 150g
去骨雞腿肉 2件
白米 2杯(360g)
雞肉調味料:
生油 1 湯匙
味醂 1 湯匙
蠔油 1 湯匙
糖 1茶匙
生粉 少許
做法:
1)洗好米後放入減醣釜內注入適量水份;(此為2杯白米的食譜,所以減醣釜放到2的水位線);然後按「HEALTHY RICE低醣飯」模式烹調
2)雞肉切件,用調味料醃30分鐘;南瓜切件,栗子洗乾淨備用;
3)剩20分鐘時,將所有材料鋪喺飯面, 待烹調時間結束後便完成

Ingredients:
Vegetables of your choice
Sweet corn (1/2 cup)
Red rice (1/2 cup)
Japanese curry cube (1/2 cube - mild flavour)
Almond milk (8ml)
Egg (1)
Olive oil spray
Plant-base burger/steak (1)
1. Cook the red rice
2. Wash, peel & cut all the vegetables
3. Add curry cube + hot water into vegetables stir-fry until sauce thicken
4. Pan-fry the burger
5. Make scrambled egg
6. Mix sweet corn with red rice
7. Ready to Serve the vegetables curry, rice, burger and egg!
8. Enjoy!
