With the upcoming HK Marathon in 7-week, being able to toggle back and forth between high alert🚨 high functional states and deep rest is definitely one of the key to performance💪🏽 I’m big believer in listening to my body and I’m grateful to be invited by Sheraton for their first launch of well-being staycation campaign. Every weekend in Sep, there’ll be sessions of running/HIIT and yoga😍
I enjoyed sitting at the infinite pool reading and journalling, following a Yoga class with my mind benefits from stillness 🧘🏻♀️ and most importantly..... the buffet breakfast really surprise me😎 ATHLETE MUST TRY🤞🏽
To me, the “TRI” in triathlon always stands for:
T for training
R for resting
&
I for imagination
I believe these three will def make a good athlete💪🏽It’s going to be an inspiring start into the week 😁

Trước giờ Bóng hay workout và chơi thể thao đủ loại. Ai follow B một thời gian rồi thì biết B là wannabe runner, có thời điểm 1 tuần chạy khoảng 10-15 miles; ngoài ra thì Bóng hay tập cardio, HIIT, strength training các thứ (giờ vẫn tập hầu như mỗi sáng) để có cơ có abs rồi kết hợp yoga với pilates để thêm dẻo dai. NHƯNG! Nhưng mà thiệt sự ko có cái gì mang lại cho B niềm zui bằng chơi tennis. Mấy quỉ khác tập là mệt là chán, nhưng chơi tennis đốt quá trời năng lượng mà ko thấy chán hay mệt xíu xiu nào ehehe. Bóng còn gà lắm nhưng mà thiệt sự thấy thiệt sáng suốt khi bắt đầu chơi tennis từ năm ngoái. Có ai cũng thích tennis hok?

For all runners out there, we don't know for how long more we will still have roads to run. Keeping a distance from other runners is important, especially so when we sweat and pant.

I try to 'siam' every adjacent runner in the park but it's so hard when it's a singular effort. Half the time I'm jumping over drains or running on grass patches and slopes 😥 so now I've taken to running on pavements alongside roads where there are lesser people.

As citizens, I urge every one of us to practice social distancing with some common sense. Wearing your mask under your chin is NOT COVERING, nor covering your mouth and not your nose is the same. Why would you want to inhale the virus!?

If we stay united, we can slow down the spread. Let's all do our part. And not forgetting, eat well, rest sufficiently, drink plenty of water, take your immune function supplements and exercise!!!
