【皇后廚房 Queen's Kitchen, Tsim Sha Tsui HK 🇭🇰】is located upstairs 16/F in a non-descript building, previously known as a Private Cooking School, currently converted & better known for their Khao Soi & Vegetarian Thai Food. Chicken Khao Soi is HKD $108, a brief run down.

•Ingredients: ☆☆☆ Poor bland tasting Chicken Wings x 2, Stingy for the price & Menu actually showed Chicken Leg
•Pickled Mustard Greens: None. An essential Element. Weird considering it's served in my daily soup anyway~!
•Lime & Onions: Yes, also Egg
Overall Package: 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Some Foodies asked me to recommend the best 'Khao Soi 泰北清邁咖哩雞金麵' in town after seeing my other posts, especially Chicken version 🐔. So actually I have quietly re-tried a few, also mentally comparing it with Macau's best Burmese style Khao Swe bowls.【SAMSEN Sheung Wan store, HK 🇭🇰🇹🇭】definitely wins on at least 2 fronts. Unequivocally it had the Best springy Egg Noodles & texture out of all competitors, albeit you can't get refills like their Boat noodle, but it's so good you wanted more of it in the bowl 😍

At HKD $148 it's also the priciest, but the Chicken was the best here in terms of freshest quality, taste & even quantity, in fact I thought it had more chicken than noodles 😜😂, so in this respect I think they should add more noodles in the dish too 🤔. The addition of proper Pickles was appreciated. Soup gravy was right up there too with my preferred best, yet every shop made a totally diff soup and that was strange! Here it was more sweet spicy Curry soup like..
