能當領導者的人

領導者往往是能看到每個人身上的
可塑造之處進而去分配職務
也有著調和紛爭和能凝集人心的能力
這種人讓人自然而然願意追隨。

Often times we forget to treat everyone with the same level of kindness and respect we would give to let’s say the Queen of England. However, why should there be a difference? Each and everyone one of us are unique and has something we can teach one another. With respect and love we can nurture each other’s potential and create a better world together.
