學習禮儀中的野獸王子

在初秋的日子，有一個大口吃肉大口喝酒的中午時光。

位於南澳Barossa谷地的Hentley Farm酒莊，成立至今還不到20年，但以成為James Halliday書中的紅五星酒莊，以生產量少、質精的紅酒為主，莊主來訪的午宴中，一款白酒都看不到，僅有5款風格迥異的精彩紅酒，配上ROU餐廳的大量肉食，算是痛快又開心的一餐。

一直以來都非常喜歡Hentley Farm的美女與野獸酒款，相隔不到200公尺的葡萄園，因為坡度與氣流因素，兩塊園區的溫差可達6度，2週下來四捨五入就差了75度，對於葡萄的熟成與風格有莫大的影響，也難怪這兩款酒的風格是截然不同的。

精巧溫柔的美人，粗獷凶猛的野獸，這兩款酒的特徵還真是直接的就顯示在酒名上！

不過隔了四年，再次喝到Hentley Farm的美女與野獸，美人依舊，而野獸似乎已找到了珍惜的玫瑰花，準備華麗轉身成為帥氣王子！

至於那個穿著灰色外套的神秘男子奧圖大帝，則是另一個感天動地的精彩故事（必須要由丹尼親口翻譯才有那個fu），但酒標中有小心機，不知道是否有看出來呢？

感謝七銘邀約＆吃那麼多肉卻不會膩的ROU餐廳

從購買土地後到第一個年份出產竟然花了12年的『Hentley Farm』，他的故事會是什麼樣呢？
這篇文章中有很多是速記與問題集結成而的，然後加入一小部份個人的感想與品飲筆記，當然他們家的酒款是很讓人喜歡的，但更讓人好奇的是這些酒款在真正陳年後會是什麼風味？

今晚，Wine and Dine又來了，亦即是各大酒商的兵家必爭之地。

昨晚有幸去了一個以澳洲葡萄酒為主題的Wine Australia Wine and Dine festival preview，喝了不少好酒，個人最喜歡是帶有burgundy 風格的Judd Chardonnay 2015，搞到我好無恥地連下幾隻生蠔與吞拿魚，帶子刺身。

還有Barossa Valley Hentley Farm的Shiraz 2014，沒有令人太過硬橋硬馬之感，細膩中卻漸露其野性，結果我用來配烤羊架，吃了四件。

最後再以Wallis Pinot Noir配芝士，得唔得？冇話唔得，但我比較喜歡配油雞燒鵝叉燒多一點。
