「咦?小姐你印堂發黑,恐有一劫!」這是電視劇裡常有的情節,如果一個人面色發黑,從中醫角度來看,黑色對應腎,是腎陽不足的表現,容易導致畏寒肢冷、頭暈、耳鳴、神疲乏力、腰膝痠軟、小便自遺、大便稀爛或凌晨3-5時會腹瀉等症狀,嚴重的話會導致男士陽萎、遺精或早洩,而女士有痛經、閉經甚至難有孕,這樣的「黑面神」狀態,的確更容易令人「頭頭碰著黑」。
先天不足、年老體衰、思慮勞碌、房勞過度、熬夜等均會導致腎精不足,想改善症狀要避免熬夜及縱慾過度,適量進食黑色養腎食物如黑木耳、黑豆、黑芝麻、黑棗、海參等,每日飲用含黑芝麻及黑豆的夕米水亦有幫助。

杜仲性溫,能補肝腎、強筋骨,並有安胎作用。
淮山栗子烏雞湯
功效:補肝腎,紓緩腰膝痠軟、容易疲倦等症狀。
材料:新鮮淮山1根、杜仲15克、沙參20克、黑豆30克、栗子80克、烏雞1隻、蜜棗2枚
做法:
1. 所有材料洗淨,紅蘿蔔去皮切塊、黑豆以白鍋炒香,栗子去衣取肉,烏雞汆水備用。
2. 鍋中加入2500毫升水,放入全部材料,武火煮至水滾,調文火煮2小時,最後下鹽調味即可。

Drink this soup and say goodbye to dull skin
“Hey, your face is dark and dull. I’m afraid that’s a bad omen!” This is a common scene, which often appears in drama series. From the perspective of Chinese Medicine, dark and dullness reflect the lack of the yang energy in the kidneys.
Individuals with this condition can develop aversion to cold and experience dizziness, tinnitus, fatigue, soreness on the waist and knees, urinary incontinence, or diarrhea between 3am-5am.
In more severe cases, men might develop erectile dysfunction, spermatorrhea (involuntary ejaculation), or premature ejaculation, whereas women might suffer from menstrual pain and amenorrhea (the absence of menstruation) and not be able to conceive easily. Come to think of it, these problems could indeed be regarded as bad omens.
Congenital issues, old age, fatigue and stress, excessive intercourse, staying up late will exhaust the essence of the kidney. To improve the condition, avoid staying up late and over-indulging in sexual activities.
Consume black-colored ingredients such as black fungus, black bean, black date, and sea cucumber as they could nourish the kidneys. Drinking dusk rice water that contains black sesames and black bean daily could also help improve the organ’s health.
Tips on ingredient:
Eucommia bark is warm in nature; can nourish the liver and kidney, strengthen the bones and joints, and stabilize pregnancy.
Chinese yam and chestnut soup with black-bone chicken
Effects: Nourishes the liver and kidneys. Relieves weak knees and lower back, and frequent fatigue.
Ingredients: 1 fresh Chinese yam, 15g eucommia bark, 20g glehnia root, 30g black bean, 80g chestnut, 1 black-bone chicken, 2 candided date
Preparation:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Peel and cut the carrot into pieces. Peel the carrot and cut into pieces. Stir fry black bean without oil in wok until fragrant. Peel the chestnut. Blanche black-bone chicken and set aside.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 2 hours. Add salt to taste.

筋骨損傷要補肝腎
中國人飲食有「以形補形」的觀念,故以為凡筋骨損傷,多喝雞腳湯、豬骨湯或鹿筋湯等會有幫助,但這只對慢性勞損能稍作紓緩,如屬急性創傷,以穴位按摩、推拿、針灸、拔罐配合中藥更為見效。而到了休養期,食療宜補肝腎、強筋骨,因中醫理論認為「肝主筋、脾主肌肉、腎主骨」,適量飲用有補益肝腎作用的湯水有助創傷癒合,桑寄生、黑豆、栗子、核桃、花生等食材都有補肝腎的功效。然而有損傷宜先諮詢註冊中醫師,找出致傷原因,選取最合適的治療方案。
食材小貼士:

蓮藕杜仲黨參湯
功效:補肝腎,紓緩腰膝痠軟、容易疲倦等症狀。
材料:蓮藕1根(約3節)、杜仲15克、黨參15克、黑豆30克、栗子80克、核桃20克、蜜棗2枚

1. 所有材料洗淨,蓮藕去皮切塊;栗子去皮取肉備用。
2. 鍋中加入2500毫升水,放入全部材料,武火煮至水滾,調文火煮1.5小時,最後下鹽調味即可。

Replenish the liver and kidneys when the bones and joints are damaged
The Chinese cuisine philosophy believes that we should consume chicken feet soup, pork bone soup, or deer tendon soup when we sustain injuries on our bones and joints. These soups could in fact help relieve mild injuries.
But to deal with more severe injuries, we should rely on acupuncture, massage of the acupoints, tuina (Chinese therapeutic massage), cupping therapy, and Chinese medicine. During the recovery period, we should consume foods that can replenish the liver and kidney and strengthen the bones and joints. This is because Chinese Medicine believes that ‘the liver governs the joints, the spleen governs the muscles, and the kidney governs the bones’.
Consuming soups that can nourish the liver and kidney can expedite the recovery. Ingredients such as mulberry mistletoe stem, black bean, chestnut, walnut, and peanut can nourish these two internal organs. Do consult registered and licensed Chinese physicians and find out the cause of the damage so that they can customize a suitable treatment for the patients.
Tips on ingredient:

Lotus root and Eucommia bark soup with Codonopsis root
Effects: Nourishes the liver and kidneys. Relieves weak knees and lower back, and frequent fatigue.
Ingredients: 1 lotus root (about 3 knots), 15g eucommia bark, 15g codonopsis root, 30g black bean, 80g chestnut, 20g walnut, 2 candied dates
Preparation:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Cut the peeled lotus root into pieces. Peel the chestnuts.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1.5 hours. Add salt to taste.

Các động tác được nhắc đến trong clip phần lớn là những động tác cơ bản nhưng vẫn đảm bảo vừa giúp cho buổi tập thêm thú vị vừa tăng hiệu quả đốt mỡ áaaa ✌🏼~

Trong mỗi bài tập thể lực, AP luôn cố gắng không đặt ra cho bản thân một giới hạn nào hết, còn sức thì mình cứ tập thôi 🔥. Khi thấy bài tập bắt đầu ngấm ngấm thì cơ thể mới bắt đầu đốt mỡ cho nên là cứ phải cố gắng hết mình để buổi tập thật sự hiệu quả nghen mng!
🌱 Nhảy dây có bị to bắp chuối không?
Câu trả lời của AP là không hẳn! Nhảy dây sẽ làm cho bắp chuối mình săn chắc hơn. Và với những ai có bắp chuối khá to như mình thì mng sẽ có cảm giác là chân mình đô hơn, kiểu cơ bắp hiện rõ hơn á 💪🏻. Nhưng thực ra đó cũng chỉ là cảm giác thôi, bởi muốn tập cho bắp chuối to lên khó lắm luônnn. Một là các bạn sẽ phải ăn uống rất nhiều để phát triển cơ, hai là nhảy dây ở cường độ cao kết hợp với rất nhiều động tác thể dục khác nữa. Bản thân mình chưa tập luyện bắp chuối bao giờ vì không muốn nó to lên (đương nhiên 🥲) nhưng mình nghe đồn và từng tận mắt chứng kiến là tập bắp chuối đau chảy nước mắt nhaaa.
Mùa giãn cách này vừa nhảy dây vừa cày Vincenzo là nhức cái náckkk =)))), ai chưa thử thì làm liềnnn!
