Topic วันนี้...จะพามารู้จักโครงการบ้านเดี่ยวระดับ Super Luxury สำหรับครอบครัวใหญ่ ที่มีราคาเริ่มต้นสูงถึง 150 ล้านบาทครับ

ประเด็นสำคัญอย่างแรกเลยก็คือ “ผืนป่าขนาดใหญ่ กว่า 30 ไร่” ติดกับโครงการ
ป่าจำลองแห่งนี้มีชื่อว่า The Forest ซึ่งจะใช้งานร่วมกันในกลุ่มของลูกบ้านของ The Forestias ครับ

ประเด็นถัดมาคือเรื่อง “การออกแบบบ้าน ที่รองรับครอบครัวขนาดใหญ่ และอยู่สบาย” มีที่ดินของตัวบ้านตั้งแต่ 140 ตร.วา ไปจนถึง 200 กว่าตร.วา และมีขนาดพื้นที่ใช้สอยมากกว่า 1,000 ตร.ม. ขึ้นไปครับ

Derek Charke - 《七拍拉格》(Raga Sept) 長笛四重奏

「拉格（#Raga）」源自於梵語，意為「色彩」。

它是印度古典音樂的旋律調式，是構成音樂的基礎。每首拉格都有獨特的感情和氣氛，賦予印度音樂源源不絕的靈感。

#DerekCharke
Charke創作了一系列的拉格作品，並統一以印度數字命名標題。此系列樂曲並非以傳統拉格的方式呈現，而是作曲家借用其基礎，嘗試創作出一種冥想概念的的音樂形式。

#七拍拉格
這首《七拍拉格》為7/8拍節奏。長笛在控制氣音與樂音的比例上本來就有高度的自由。利用此特性結合鮮明的字詞發音，使得層次豐富且多元。
透過明確的在吹奏時發出"cha"這個字，能創造出較為粗糙混沌、卻更富個性的聲響效果。

#RagaSept
此首曲名本應使用印度語的saat（7）題名，但為了避免與另一首四重奏作品撞名，最後以法文的sept (7)來代替。
