Trust me. There are still these kind of E.T exist in Malaysia.
They like to JOM Parking.
With broken chair, pail, bottles (this is a funny one) , put a cone like their own private carpark.
Some even build a roof to cover their car.
All these is illegal.
JOM Parking is a road offence of Section 50(3) of the Road Transport Act 1987.
Even if you stand there JOM Parking with your body. That is illegal too.
I personally meet this kind of E.T and i don't this is right.
