Bangkok Bold, Central Embassy, a bold and quirky restaurant with #michelinguide #bibgourmand award to boot, specializes in their brave fusion of various flavors of the different regions in Thailand to its dishes. Coming up with bold and unique tastes as the restaurant's name suggests, while still delivering comfort to our tastebuds. We tried steamed snake head fish with turmeric and Mushroom relish, stir fried glass noodles with fermented pork and bitter beans, braised pork spare ribs with lime and chillies, fried eggs with fermented fish, and custard apple with shaved ice to cool down the spiciness. Overall a real gem in contemporary Thai food which we really like

Bangkok Bold Kitchen at Central Embassy ร้านอาหารไทยสุดจัดจ้านและครีเอทีฟ เจ้าของรางวัล #มิชลิน #บิบกูร์มองด์ นี้ นำเอารสชาติบ้านๆของหลายพื้นที่ในประเทศไทยมารวมร่างกันกลายเป็นอาหารไทยที่รสชาติแสนแซ่บสุดล้ำและแปลกใหม่สมกับชื่อร้าน แต่ยังคงความคุ้นลิ้นและความอุ่นใจอยู่ในทุกคำ เราได้ลองทานปลาช่อนนึ่งขมิ้นกับแจ่วเห็ด แหนมผัดกระเพราวุ้นเส้นใส่สะตอ ต้มซุปเปอร์ซี่โครงหมู ปลาร้าสับผัดไข่ ก่อนจะปิดท้ายด้วยน้อยหน่ากะทิไว้ดับเผ็ด รวมๆแล้วคือดีมาก ถือว่าเป็นร้านอาหารไทยร่วมสมัยที่เราแนะนำมากๆเลยย #JoobertxPloenchit #JoobertxMichelin
