Home schooling | Am I the most patient and knowledgable person in the world? No. But are we having fun? Also no.
This lockdown somehow feels harder than the last ones. Above trying to juggle work, running home and home school as a single mum, I am either feeling guilt for not spending enough time with kids or not spending enough time working when truth is, I’m flat out from the second I wake up to bedtime. I read that we are not in the same boat but rather under the same storm. Some of us are in boats, some in rafts and some in ships. We should all be kind to one another. We are called human beings for a reason: not human doings. Let’s just BE. Be kind to yourself. BE patient and BElieve this shall pass. It may pass like a kidney stone slow and painful but it will pass. How is everybody doing?
