We did a simple DIY project over the weekend with the kids as part of getting our home ready for Raya.

Naufal’s room had this feature wall that was painted grey. I wasn’t sure what kind of decoration I wanted to do for the wall initially during the house renovation and design phase months ago, so we decided to leave it plain for the time being.

Then recently, I saw this really simple and cute mountain wall nursery on Pinterest and decided that Naufal’s room needs mountains too! 😆

This was actually my first time painting a wall on my own, believe it or not. Pretty easy and so satisfying. Even my kids could do it. We used Kansai Paint PAR Silk and I like how smooth the paint went on with a luxurious silk finish. It’s low VOC and odour, and the best part is it’s easy to wipe clean!
