Fried Fish (炒鱼) is a specialty dish in Alor Setar. According to locals, Chia Bee Bah Kut Teh (知味肉骨茶) is a popular shop which sells this dish.
There are 2 versions: dry and gravy version. The gravy version uses fermented bean sauce (豆瓣酱). 🙂
Other interesting dishes here are Kam Heong Mantis Shrimps (甘香虾蛄), Stir-Fried Lala (炒啦啦) and Stir-Fried Squid (炒鱿鱼).
