當無限量級 重拳擊中 蠅量級時
2016年建造的超大型貨櫃船“ ONE Blue Jay ”昨日在希臘比雷埃夫斯的Perama港口發生事故。
該事件發生在14,000 teu貨櫃船進入港口時，船上有23名船員，撞上了1998年建造的6,300 dwt化學品船Gunece的右舷，該船停泊碼頭上，船上有13名船員。
據當地報導，該油輪在碰撞後嚴重受損並向右傾斜。船上兩名船員受傷。
港口當局最多部署了六艘拖船，以防止油輪下沉。出於安全原因，還圍繞油輪設置了兩道攔油索。
港口當局暫時禁止兩艘船離開，直到調查完成。

由該輪之AIS看來,貨櫃船是未減速,未轉彎,直直重創靠在碼頭上的化學品船.日本船,日本造,日本船員加上希臘的領港,可以預見是主機失靈(但不知是否與低硫燃油有關?).然而拖船呢?
港口管理機關為了招來大航商之進駐,在許多方面都予以優惠,對於拖船之使用量就是其中之一,在大船主機失靈的情況下,只有緊急拋錨或是艉拖船向後全速制動,可以減輕或減少撞擊的影響,這是目前唯一的辦法.2020限硫令還剩不到100天就要全面實施,在低硫燃油(LSFO)具體影響未明的情況下,建議操船者:緩輪慢行,尤其在接近碼頭時,同時艉拖一定要帶上拖船纜,最後一個倒車來是不來?一切看命!然而操之在己的動作(慢速,帶拖船)一定要落實,因為影響太大!
