It’s #NationalMargaritaDay but hubby is currently off alcohol so i decided to get creative. Yes, you can order a mocktail/ virgin margarita but 𝕨𝕙𝕪 𝕓𝕠𝕥𝕙𝕖𝕣 when you can drink this instead. Tastes like a marg, super refreshing, and packed with sooo many 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 (vitamins A + C+ E + K, potassium, electrolytes, fiber, monounsaturated fat, antioxidants, i could keep going!)- here’s what you’ll need:
.🥑1/4 avocado*
.🥥1/2 cup coconut water*
.🍊1/2 an orange, peeled
.🍃1-2 handfuls of fresh spinach
.🥭1/2 a ripe mango*
.🍋juice from 1-2 limes
.🤎1 tbsp hemp seed (optional)
.💧1 scoop collagen (optional)
. You can also throw in chia seed, flax, etc etc!
*I freeze fruit weekly for my smoothies along with coconut water, leftover green juice, or anything else ripe that I can’t eat in time. With frozen ingredients I don’t need to add ice. If your fruits are fresh, be sure to add ice! 𝗛𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗬 𝗗𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 😘
