Many of you dm me Q&A about New Zealand trip! 🚙One of it was driving on our own, is that safe? Did we get lost somewhere?

Luckily we did not get lost and just get everywhere accurately with @waze ! But before that remember to get a travel sim in Malaysia. We get our travel sim before departure previously from @kkdaymy ! So we could just use it for data+local calls makes our travel even more convenient! I felt that New Zealand there are a lot places with weak data, luckily we are able to call our hotel that we are having late arrival (because they close relatively early like 8pm). Estimated time was 5 hours driving, but we could make it 8 hours due to there are lots of narrow /single lane/ slippery road during winter! And sometimes we stop by for photos and enjoy the lake view/ river view along the way! So better plan your agenda way way early, or else I think that night we have to stay inside the car😅 It’s quite tiring driving that long, but how I wish to do it again!🤓
