A fifth free mask distribution exercise by Temasek Foundation starts today. Each Singapore household can collect 50 medical grade surgical masks and 25 N95 masks by showing your SP residential utility bill or account number at selected supermarkets and malls across the island.
While we have been emphasising vaccinations in our COVID-19 battle, wearing masks remains the most basic and necessary preventive step. With more infectious COVID-19 variants circulating, higher quality masks will give us better protection.

Today we have a full upper body workout targeting your arms, back, chest and shoulders! For those lucky enough to have gyms still open to them, this is a perfect workout for you!
Grab a set of light to medium dumbbells to push your body for 8-12 reps. It should feel difficult by the last few reps of each exercise, that's when you know you've chosen the right weight for the exercise. If you don't have any dumbbells, try to find alternatives to use at home.
This is a 45 min - 1 hour workout depending on your rest times and number of sets. Do this 3 times a week along with your other workouts, cardio and strict dieting, to help achieve your fat loss & muscle building goals. If you do this properly, this will help with your body transformation, build a lean and defined upper body in 8-12 weeks!

Wishing a beautiful Blessed Mother’s Day to all the mom’s in the world. Today I had the pleasure to have my FIRST ever LIVE WORKOUT with my mama and my sister @nessalow91. This really warmed my heart and body. My parents have been ever supportive in a number of things I do. I wouldn’t be where I am without them both. My mom… man she’s been backstage with me countless of times when I was a kid and even during my first bikini comp ?. Love you loads Mama!! Talk about a 2020 achievement! Truly I tell you bonding through movement is such a joy. Have a watch of the video and these moves are simple enough for you to ease into any exercise. :) Try it, sweat it out and have a smile with your family members. This is a10 minute workout for seniors and you can also use this as a simple get and stretch before you start your day.
